EPISODE # 346 ISS MONSOON BANAYE MAZEDAAR HARI MOONG DAL KE PAKORE KE BAARISH KA MAZA AAJAYE  BY AYESHA'S WORLD PREPARATION TIME:  20 Mins COOKING TIME:  20-25 Mins SERVINGS:  3-4 INGREDIENTS: Chile Hui Moong - 250 gms (Soak in water for 4-5 hours) Onion - 1 (Sliced) Garam Masala Powder - 1/4 tsp Green Chillies - 6-7 Whole Dry Red Chilli - 5-6 Coriander Seeds - 1 tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste - 1 tbsp Cumin Seeds - 1 tbsp Green Coriander - Few Salt - To Taste Oil - For Frying METHOD: Take a mixer jar, add all the ingredients & grind into a fine powder. Take a bowl, add grounded dal, add all ingredients & mix well. After 15 mins, mix it well for once. Heat oil in a karahi, take some mixture & give shape. One by one put it in hot oil & let it fry till it turns golden brown. EPISODE # 344 ISS BAKRA-EID PAR BANAYE MAZEDAAR BHUNA HUA GOSHT KITCHEN KE MASALO KE SAATH  BY AYESHA'S WORLD PREPARATION TIME:  20 Mins COOKING TIME:  20-25 Mins SERVINGS: 2-3 INGREDIENTS: Mutton Pieces - 1/2 kg Onion - 1/2 (Chopped) Turmeric Powder - 1/2 tsp Ginger Garlic Paste - 1/2 tsp Red Chilli Powder - 1/2 tbsp Coriander Powder - 2 tbsp Dry Coconut Powder - 2 tbsp Garam Masala Powder - 1/2 tsp Black Pepper - 1/2 tsp (Crushed) Salt - To Taste Oil -  1 1/2 Spoon METHOD: Heat a cooker, add mutton pieces, turmeric powder, salt & saute on a high flame. Add oil & saute. After 2-3 mins, add ginger garlic paste & saute. Add all the ingredients & saute. Add a little water & saute. After 5 mins, add crushed black pepper & mix well. After 2-3 mins, add a glass of water & mix well. Close cooker & bring it on full pressure & cook it on a high flame, till 5-6 whistles or till the mutton gets tender. After 5-6 min

Add cumin & mustard seeds & saute. Add bay leaf & saute. Add onion & saute. After 2-3 mins, add ginger garlic paste & saute. Add green chillies & saute. On a low flame, add liver & saute. EPISODE # 340 TASTY & HEALTHY HARI MOONG KA NASHTA || EVENING SNACKS  BY AYESHA'S WORLD PREPARATION TIME:  10 Mins COOKING TIME:  15 Mins SERVINGS:  2-3 INGREDIENTS: Moong Dal - 2 Cups (Soaked in water for overnight or 4-5 hrs) Onion - 1 Big (Chopped) Tomato - 1/2 Small (Chopped) Green Chillies - 3 (Chopped) Curry Leaves - Few Cumin & Mustard Seeds - 1 tsp Green Coriander - Few Oil - 1 tbsp METHOD: Take a vessel, add moong dal, a glass of water. Keep it to boil. Turn off the flame, keep aside. Heat a karahi, add oil, cumin & mustard seeds & saute. Add curry leaves & saute. Add onion & saute. After 2 mins, add green chillies & saute. Add salt. Add tomato & mix well. Add boiled moong dal & saute. Place a lid & cook till the water dries. After 2-3 mins, turn off the flame. Add green coriander & mix well.
