TASTY & HEALTHY HARI MOONG KA NASHTA || EVENING SNACKS BY AYESHA'S WORLD
- PREPARATION TIME: 10 Mins
- COOKING TIME: 15 Mins

- Moong Dal - 2 Cups (Soaked in water for overnight or 4-5 hrs)
- Onion - 1 Big (Chopped)
- Tomato - 1/2 Small (Chopped)
- Green Chillies - 3 (Chopped)
- Curry Leaves - Few
- Cumin & Mustard Seeds - 1 tsp
- Green Coriander - Few
- Oil - 1 tbsp
- Take a vessel, add moong dal, a glass of water. Keep it to boil.
- Turn off the flame, keep aside.
- Heat a karahi, add oil, cumin & mustard seeds & saute.
- Add curry leaves & saute. Add onion & saute.
- After 2 mins, add green chillies & saute. Add salt. Add tomato & mix well.
- Add boiled moong dal & saute. Place a lid & cook till the water dries.
- After 2-3 mins, turn off the flame.
- Add green coriander & mix well. Put the lid & keep it aside for 1-2 mins.
- Serve hot.
