TASTY & HEALTHY HARI MOONG KA NASHTA || EVENING SNACKS BY AYESHA'S WORLD

INGREDIENTS:
  1. Moong Dal - 2 Cups (Soaked in water for overnight or 4-5 hrs)
  2. Onion - 1 Big (Chopped)
  3. Tomato - 1/2 Small (Chopped)
  4. Green Chillies - 3 (Chopped)
  5. Curry Leaves - Few
  6. Cumin & Mustard Seeds - 1 tsp
  7. Green Coriander - Few
  8. Oil - 1 tbsp
METHOD:
  1. Take a vessel, add moong dal, a glass of water. Keep it to boil.
  2. Turn off the flame, keep aside.
  3. Heat a karahi, add oil, cumin & mustard seeds & saute.
  4. Add curry leaves & saute. Add onion & saute.
  5. After 2 mins, add green chillies & saute. Add salt. Add tomato & mix well.
  6. Add boiled moong dal & saute. Place a lid & cook till the water dries.
  7. After 2-3 mins, turn off the flame.
  8. Add green coriander & mix well. Put the lid & keep it aside for 1-2 mins.
  9. Serve hot.
