EPISODE # 292 LACCHEDAR ALOO AUR PYAZ KE PAKORE | BHAJIYA RECIPE  BY AYESHA'S WORLD PREPARATION TIME:  20 Mins COOKING TIME:  20-25 Mins SERVINGS:  3-4 INGREDIENTS: Grated Potato - 1 Onion - 1/2 (Chopped) Gram Flour - 4 tbsp Cumin seeds - 1 tsp Carom Seeds - 1 Pinch Turmeric Powder - 1/2 tsp Red Chilli Powder - 1/2 tsp Coarsely Grounded Coriander Powder - 1 tsp Sesame seeds - 1 tsp Sabzi Masala - 1 tsp Green Chilli - 2 (Chopped) Curry Leaves - Few (Chopped) Green Coriander - Few (Chopped) Salt - to taste Oil - For Frying METHOD: Take a bowl, add gram flour, onion, green chilli, curry leaves, green coriander & mix well. Add all ingredients & mix well. Add water & mix all the ingredients well & make a thick batter. Heat oil in a karahi, take some batter & put it in hot oil. Let them fry until golden brown. Add all ingredients (1-9), close cooker, bring it on full pressure on high flame & cook until 5-6 whistles

EPISODE # 290 HARE MATAR AUR MAKAI KE ATE SE BANAYE MAZEDAAR NASHTA | MATAR KA KABAB | SNACKS RECIPES   BY AYESHA'S WORLD PREPARATION TIME:  20 Mins COOKING TIME:  20-25 Mins SERVINGS:  3-4 INGREDIENTS: Green Peas - 250gms Onion - 1 Big (Chopped) Makai Flour - 3 tbsp Green chilli - 6-7 Ginger Garlic paste - 1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder - 1/2 tsp Red Chilli Powder - 1 tsp Coarsely Grounded Coriander Powder - 1 tsp Cumin Seeds - 1 tsp Curry Leaves - Few Green Coriander - Few Salt - To taste Oil - For Frying METHOD: Take a mixer jar, add green peas, green chilli & coarsely grind it. Add all ingredients & mix well. Spread oil on both palms, take some mixture & press against both palms & give shape. Heat oil in a karahi. Put the kababs one by one & let it fry until brown. EPISODE # 289 BINA GRATE KIYE HUYE BINA CHINI, MAVE KE COOKER MEIN BANAYE MAZEDAAR GAJAR KA HALWA   BY AYESHA'S WORLD PREPARATION TIME:  15 Mins COOKING TIME:  20-25 Mins SERVINGS:  3-4 INGREDIENTS: Carrot - 1 Kg (Peel & Cut into small pieces) Milk - 1 Cup Condensed Milk - 1/2 Cup Fresh Cream - Less than 1/2 Cup Cinnamon Stick - 1 Green Cardamom - 1 Clove - 1 Green Cardamom Powder - 1/4 tsp Dry Fruits - as required or 1/2 Cup Kewda Essence - 2-3 drops Ghee - 1 tbsp METHOD: Heat a cooker, add carrots, milk, put the lid, bring the cooker on full pressure & cook till 3-4 whistles. Mash the carrots. Heat a karahi. Add ghee, dry spices & saute. Add dry fruits & saute. Add boiled carrots & saute. Cook on high flame, Put the lid half covered & cook till the milk dries up. Add condensed milk & mix well. Add fresh cream & mix well. Cook on low flame. Add kewda essence & mix well. Garnish with some dry fruits. Serve

Take a cooker, add all ingredients, a little water & keep aside. Put the lid & cook until 4-5 whistles. Heat a karahi, add oil, fenugreek seeds, green chilli & saute.
