BINA GRATE KIYE HUYE BINA CHINI, MAVE KE COOKER MEIN BANAYE MAZEDAAR GAJAR KA HALWA  BY AYESHA'S WORLD

INGREDIENTS:
  1. Carrot - 1 Kg (Peel & Cut into small pieces)
  2. Milk - 1 Cup
  3. Condensed Milk - 1/2 Cup
  4. Fresh Cream - Less than 1/2 Cup
  5. Cinnamon Stick - 1
  6. Green Cardamom - 1
  7. Clove - 1
  8. Green Cardamom Powder - 1/4 tsp
  9. Dry Fruits - as required or 1/2 Cup
  10. Kewda Essence - 2-3 drops
  11. Ghee - 1 tbsp
METHOD:
  1. Heat a cooker, add carrots, milk, put the lid, bring the cooker on full pressure & cook till 3-4 whistles. Mash the carrots.
  2. Heat a karahi. Add ghee, dry spices & saute.
  3. Add dry fruits & saute.
  4. Add boiled carrots & saute. Cook on high flame, Put the lid half covered & cook till the milk dries up.
  5. Add condensed milk & mix well.
  6. Add fresh cream & mix well. Cook on low flame.
  7. Add kewda essence & mix well.
  8. Garnish with some dry fruits. Serve hot.
