EPISODE # 170 INSTANT TOMATO CHUTNEY || INSTANT TOMATO ACHAAR || TAMATAR KA ACHAAR PREPARATION TIME:  10 Mins COOKING TIME:  20-25 Mins SERVINGS:  6-7 INGREDIENTS: Tomato - 1 kg Red chili powder - 1 tbsp Turmeric powder - 1/2 tbsp Tamarind - 1 piece Dry red chillies - 3-4 Garlic cloves  -15-16 Curry leaves - 1 sprig Cumin, Fenugreek, Mustard seeds - 1 tbsp Salt - To taste Oil - 2 spoon METHOD: Heat oil in a karahi. Add cumin, mustard, fenugreek seeds & saute. Add dry red chilli & saute. Add curry leaves & saute. Add tomato & saute. Add all dry masala & saute, salt to taste & saute. Cover & cook on high flame. Cover & simmer for another 5 mins on low flame. Add spices & saute. Add onion & saute. Add ginger-garlic paste & saute. Add tomato & saute. Add salt to taste & saute. Add red chilli powder & saute. Add curd & saute. Add little water & saute. EPISODE # 168 SURMAI FISH FRY || SUPER TASTY FISH FRY PREPARATION TIME: 05 Mins COOKING TIME: 15-20 Mins SERVINGS: 3-4 INGREDIENTS: Surmai - 7-8 pieces Garlic cloves - 6-7 (With skin & crushed) Red chilli powder - 1 tbsp Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp Cumin seeds powder - 1/2 tsp Carom seeds - 1 pinch Lemon - 1/2 Rice flour - 1 tbsp Salt - to taste Oil - For Frying METHOD: Spread Vinegar on fish pieces & keep aside for 10-15 mins. Mix all dry masalas on a plate. Add lemon juice, water 1 tbsp & mix well. Spread prepared masala on fish pieces & keep aside to marinate. Heat oil in a pan. Add carrom seeds. Coat fish with rice flour. Put fish one by one in hot oil & fry until done inside out on low flame.
