CRISPY THREAD CHICKEN WITH SAMOSA PATTI || THREAD CHICKEN RECIPE

INGREDIENTS:
  1. Chicken Breast - 2 (Ct in long strips)
  2. Samosa Patti - as required
  3. Ginger garlic paste - less than 1/2 tsp
  4. Red chilli powder - 1 tsp
  5. Dark soya sauce - 1 1/2 tsp
  6. Tomato ketchup - 1 tsp
  7. Chaat masala - 1/2 tsp
  8. White vinegar - less than 1 tsp
  9. Corn flour - 1 tbsp
  10. Red food colour - 6-7
  11. Egg - 1
  12. Salt - to taste
  13. Oil - for frying
METHOD:
  1. Take a bowl. Add chicken, ginger garlic paste, dark soya sauce, red chilli powder, tomato ketchup, chaat masala, white vinegar, salt & mix well.
  2. Add egg, corn flour & mix well.
  3. Add red food colour & keep aside for 20-25 mins for marination.
  4. Take a samosa patti & cut it into thin strips. Take each piece of chicken & roll patti around it.
  5. Heat oil in a karahi. Put chicken one by one in hot oil & fry until golden brown.
  6. Once the oil is hot turn flame to medium.
  7. Serve hot with ketchup.
