CRISPY THREAD CHICKEN WITH SAMOSA PATTI || THREAD CHICKEN RECIPE

INGREDIENTS:
- Chicken Breast - 2 (Ct in long strips)
- Samosa Patti - as required
- Ginger garlic paste - less than 1/2 tsp
- Red chilli powder - 1 tsp
- Dark soya sauce - 1 1/2 tsp
- Tomato ketchup - 1 tsp
- Chaat masala - 1/2 tsp
- White vinegar - less than 1 tsp
- Corn flour - 1 tbsp
- Red food colour - 6-7
- Egg - 1
- Salt - to taste
- Oil - for frying
METHOD:
- Take a bowl. Add chicken, ginger garlic paste, dark soya sauce, red chilli powder, tomato ketchup, chaat masala, white vinegar, salt & mix well.
- Add egg, corn flour & mix well.
- Add red food colour & keep aside for 20-25 mins for marination.
- Take a samosa patti & cut it into thin strips. Take each piece of chicken & roll patti around it.
- Heat oil in a karahi. Put chicken one by one in hot oil & fry until golden brown.
- Once the oil is hot turn flame to medium.
- Serve hot with ketchup.
