EPISODE # 422 TURAI KI CHUTNEY | TRY KIJIYE TURAI KI NAYI AUR MAZEDAAR RECIPE | CHUTNEY RECIPES BY AYESHA'S WORLD PREPARATION TIME: 5-6 Mins COOKING TIME: 15 Mins SERVINGS:  3-4 INGREDIENTS: Ridge Gourd - 2 (Chopped) Dry Coconut - 1 Small Piece (Sliced) Peanuts - 2 tbsp Garlic Cloves - 8-10 Green Chillies - 10-12 Tamarind - Handful Curry Leaves - 2 Sprigs Cumin Seeds - 1 tsp Green Coriander - Few Salt - To Taste Oil - 4 tbsp FOR TEMPERING: Bengal Gram - 1 tsp Urad Dal - 1 tsp Cumin Seeds - 1 tsp Mustard Seeds - 1 tsp Coriander Seeds - 1 tsp Curry Leaves - Few Whole Dry Red Chilli - 1 Oil - 1 tbsp METHOD: Heat oil in a pan. Add dry coconut, peanuts & saute. Saute on medium-low flame. Add garlic cloves & saute. Add green chilies & saute. Add cumin seeds & saute. Add tamarind & saute. Take it out on a plate.
