EPISODE # 444 GEHU KE ATE SE BANAYE TANDOORI ROTI | HOMEMADE TANDOORI ROTI WITHOUT TANDOOR BY AYESHA'S WORLD PREPARATION TIME: 15 Mins COOKING TIME: 15 Mins SERVINGS:  3-4 INGREDIENTS: All-Purpose Flour - 2 cups Wheat Flour - 1 cup Dry Yeast - 1 tsp Sugar - 1/2 tsp Warm Milk - 1/2 cup Salt - To Taste Oil - 1 tbsp METHOD: Take a bowl, add dry yeast, sugar, warm milk & mix well. Put the lid & keep it aside for 15 mins. Take a bowl, add all-purpose flour, wheat flour mix well. Add salt & mix well. Add oil & mix well. Add dry yeast & knead the dough. Add water & knead the dough. Put the lid & keep it aside for 30 mins. Knead for once. Dust some wheat flour, take some & make medium sized dough balls. Roll the ball & give shape as shown. Spread a little oil on it. Give shape as shown. Dust some flour on the rolling board & roll it with the rolling pin as shown. On the top, spread water. Heat an iron tawa. Put the top side down on the tawa. Gently

Take a bowl, add bread crumbs, add wheat flour, water & mix well. Add curd & mix well. Add all the veggies & mix well. Add salt, red chilli powder & garam masala powder & mix well. Heat a pan.
