INGREDIENTS:
  1. Chicken Pieces - 1/2 Kg
  2. Onion - 1 Big (Finely Chopped)
  3. Tomato - 1 (Finely Chopped)
  4. Curry Leaves - 3 Sprigs
  5. Green Chillies - 3
  6. Giner-Garlic Paste - 1 tsp
  7. Turmeric Powder - 1/2 tsp
  8. Red Chilli Powder - 1 1/2 tsp
  9. Coriander Powder - 2 tsp
  10. Black Pepper Powder - 1 tsp
  11. Garam Masala Powder - 1/2 tsp
  12. Salt - To Taste
  13. Oil - 2 Spoon
METHOD:
  1. Heat a karahi. Add oil.
  2. Add onion & saute.
  3. Add green chillies & saute.
  4. Add a few curry leaves & saute.
  5. Add salt & mix well.
  6. After 5-6 mins of sauteing add ginger-garlic paste & saute.
  7. Add turmeric powder, red chilli powder, coriander powder & saute.
  8. Saute on medium-low flame.
  9. Add tomato & saute. Place a lid & simmer.
  10. After 5 mins, add chicken & mix well. Put the lid & cook.
  11. After 5-6 mins, mix once more. Let the water dry up.
  12. After 3-4 mins, add garam masala powder & black pepper powder & mix well.
  13. After a min, add curry leaves & mix well.
  14. Put the lid & simmer for another 5 mins.
  15. Serve hot.
