EPISODE # 338 TURAI KI MASALEDAR SABJI WITH SOME TIPS || SABJI RECIPES  BY AYESHA'S WORLD PREPARATION TIME:  15 Mins COOKING TIME:  20-25 Mins SERVINGS:  3-4 INGREDIENTS: Ridge Gourd - 250 gms (Cut into small pieces) Cumin Seeds - 1 tbsp Onion - 1 Small (Chopped) Tomato - 1 Small (Chopped) Ginger-Garlic Paste - 1 tsp Turmeric Powder - 1/2 tsp Red Chilli Powder - 1 tbsp Kashmiri Lal Mirch Powder - 1 tbsp Coriander Powder - 1 1/2 tbsp Garam Masala Powder - 1/4 tsp Cumin Seeds Powder - 1/2 tsp Whole Dry Red Chillies - 2 Green Chillies - 2 Green Coriander - Few Salt - To Taste Oil - 1 Spoon METHOD: Heat oil in a karahi. EPISODE # 337 CHICKEN CHARGA || HOW TO MAKE CHICKEN CHARGA || CHICKEN RECIPES  BY AYESHA'S WORLD PREPARATION TIME:  20 Mins COOKING TIME:  40-50 Mins SERVINGS:  3-4 INGREDIENTS: Whole Chicken - 1 Curd - 1/2 Cup Ginger-Garlic Paste - 1 1/2 tbsp Red Chilli Powder - 2 tbsp Kashmiri Chilli Powder - 1 tbsp Chaat Masala - 1 tbsp Black Pepper Powder - 1 tbsp Turmeric Powder - 1/2 tsp Garam Masala Powder - 1/2 tsp Dried Fenugreek Leaves - 1 tbsp Salt - To Taste or 1/2 tsp Oil - For Frying METHOD: Place a few cuts on chicken. Put white vinegar on it & keep aside for 15 mins. Take a bowl, add all the ingredients (2-11) & mix all of them together. Spread this batter on chicken evenly. Take a thread & tie legs of chicken.
