ANDE AUR ALOO KA KORMA || EGG & POTATO KORMA || KORMA RECIPES BY AYESHA'S WORLD

- Boiled Eggs - 2
- Onion - 1 Big (Sliced)
- Tomatoes - 2 Big (Chopped)
- Potatoes - 3 (Cut into equal halves)
- Curd - 1/2 Cup
- Green Chilli - 2
- Ginger Garlic Paste - 1 tsp
- Turmeric Powder - 1/2 tsp
- Red Chilli Powder - 1 tbsp
- Coriander Powder - 4 tbsp
- Dry Coconut Powder - 4 tbsp
- Garam Masala Powder - 1/2 tsp
- Dried Fenugreek Leaves - 1 tbsp
- Cumin Seeds - 1 tbsp
- Bay Leaf - 1
- Salt - To taste
- Oil - 2 Spoon
- Place cuts on eggs.
- Heat oil in a cooker, cumin seeds & saute.
- Add bay leaf, onion & saute.
- Add green chilli, ginger garlic paste & saute.
- Add tomatoes & saute. After 2-3 mins, add all masalas (8-12) with a little water & mix well.
- After 5 mins, add curd & mix well.
- Add potatoes & saute.
- Add dried fenugreek leaves & mix well. After 1-2 mins, add 1 1/2 glass of water & mix well.
- Place the lid & on high flame, bring cooker on full pressure & cook till 2-3 whistles on high flame.
- Transfer the gravy into another vessel & simmer on low flame.
- Add boiled eggs, green coriander on low flame cook for another 5 mins.
- Serve hot with rice.
