ANDE AUR ALOO KA KORMA || EGG & POTATO KORMA || KORMA RECIPES BY AYESHA'S WORLD

INGREDIENTS:
  1. Boiled Eggs - 2
  2. Onion - 1 Big (Sliced)
  3. Tomatoes - 2 Big (Chopped)
  4. Potatoes - 3 (Cut into equal halves)
  5. Curd - 1/2 Cup
  6. Green Chilli - 2
  7. Ginger Garlic Paste - 1 tsp
  8. Turmeric Powder - 1/2 tsp
  9. Red Chilli Powder - 1 tbsp
  10. Coriander Powder - 4 tbsp
  11. Dry Coconut Powder - 4 tbsp
  12. Garam Masala Powder - 1/2 tsp
  13. Dried Fenugreek Leaves - 1 tbsp
  14. Cumin Seeds - 1 tbsp
  15. Bay Leaf - 1
  16. Salt - To taste
  17. Oil - 2 Spoon
METHOD:
  1. Place cuts on eggs.
  2. Heat oil in a cooker, cumin seeds & saute.
  3. Add bay leaf, onion & saute.
  4. Add green chilli, ginger garlic paste & saute.
  5. Add tomatoes & saute. After 2-3 mins, add all masalas (8-12) with a little water & mix well.
  6. After 5 mins, add curd & mix well.
  7. Add potatoes & saute.
  8. Add dried fenugreek leaves & mix well. After 1-2 mins, add 1 1/2 glass of water & mix well.
  9. Place the lid & on high flame, bring cooker on full pressure & cook till 2-3 whistles on high flame.
  10. Transfer the gravy into another vessel & simmer on low flame.
  11. Add boiled eggs, green coriander on low flame cook for another 5 mins.
  12. Serve hot with rice.
