Add saved water & mix well, add salt to taste. Mix the flour in rice with the help of a ladle. Add little hot water & mix well. Take a cup. Greece with oil or ghee. Take some amount of mixture. Take a plate & turn the cup on a plate. Make a small hole in the middle of Ragi mudde with the help of a spoon. Pour ghee into the hole.
