1. COCONUT & MINT CHUTNEY:
- Coconut - 1/2
- Mint leaves - 1 Bunch
- Garlic cloves - 10-12
- Cumin seeds - 1 tsp
- Tamarind - few
- Green chilli - 5-6
- Salt - to taste
METHOD:
- Take a mixer jar. Add coconut, garlic cloves, cumin seeds & grind.
- Add salt, green chilli, mint leaves, water - 2 tbsp & grind well.
2. COCONUT & GARLIC CHUTNEY:
- Coconut - 1/2
- Garlic cloves - 6-7
- Green chilli - 6-7
- Salt - to taste
METHOD:
- Take a mixer jar. Add coconut & grind.
- Add green chilli, garlic cloves, salt & grind.
3. KHOPRE KI MEETHI CHUTNEY:
- Roasted coconut - 1/2
- Roasted Dry red chilli -2
- Red chilli powder - 1 tbs
- Garlic cloves -10-12
- Salt - to taste
METHOD:
- Take a mixer jar. Add coconut, garlic cloves & grind.
- Add all other ingredients & grind well.
4. MOONGPHALLI KI MEETHI CHUTNEY:
INGREDIENTS:
- Roasted groundnuts - 250 gms
- Garlic cloves - 10-12
- Red Chilli powder - 1 tbsp
- Salt - to taste
METHOD:
- Take a mixer jar. Add garlic cloves & grind well.
- Add all other ingredients & grind well.
