1. COCONUT & MINT CHUTNEY:

INGREDIENTS:
  1. Coconut - 1/2
  2. Mint leaves - 1 Bunch
  3. Garlic cloves - 10-12
  4. Cumin seeds - 1 tsp
  5. Tamarind - few
  6. Green chilli - 5-6
  7. Salt - to taste
METHOD:
  1. Take a mixer jar. Add coconut, garlic cloves, cumin seeds & grind.
  2. Add salt, green chilli,  mint leaves, water - 2 tbsp & grind well.
2. COCONUT & GARLIC CHUTNEY:

INGREDIENTS:
  1. Coconut - 1/2
  2. Garlic cloves - 6-7
  3. Green chilli - 6-7
  4. Salt - to taste
METHOD:
  1. Take a mixer jar. Add coconut & grind.
  2. Add green chilli, garlic cloves, salt & grind.
3. KHOPRE KI MEETHI CHUTNEY:

INGREDIENTS:
  1. Roasted coconut - 1/2
  2. Roasted Dry red chilli  -2
  3. Red chilli powder - 1 tbs
  4. Garlic cloves  -10-12
  5. Salt - to taste
METHOD:
  1. Take a mixer jar. Add coconut, garlic cloves & grind.
  2. Add all other ingredients & grind well.
4. MOONGPHALLI KI MEETHI CHUTNEY:

INGREDIENTS:
  1. Roasted groundnuts - 250 gms
  2. Garlic cloves - 10-12
  3. Red Chilli powder - 1 tbsp
  4. Salt - to taste
METHOD:
  1. Take a mixer jar. Add garlic cloves & grind well.
  2. Add all other ingredients & grind well.
