EPISODE # 150 HOW TO MAKE MUTTON SOUP || PHEEKHA SHERWA SOUP PREPARATION TIME: 05 Mins COOKING TIME: 15 - 20 Mins SERVINGS: 3-4 INGREDIENTS: Mutton - 250 gms Onion - 1 Big (Finely chopped) Turmeric powder - 1 tsp Black Pepper - 5-6 Carrom Seeds - 1 Pinch Coriander Seeds - 1 tbsp Cumin Seeds - 1/2 tbsp Fennel Seeds - 1/2 tbsp Green coriander - few Green chili - 1 Garlic cloves - 4-5 (With skin) Salt - to taste METHOD: Take a bowl. Mix all ingredients in mutton & mix well. Take a cooker. Add mutton & saute for 5-6 mins. Add 2 glasses of water. Add Green coriander. Close cooker, bring cooker on full pressure on high heat & cook until 4-5 whistles. Add garlic cloves & mix well. Garnish with lemon juice & sprinkle some black pepper. Serve hot. Put mutton & cook until meat tenders. Heat a karahi. Add boiled mutton. Simmer & stir occasionally until the meat tenders. EPISODE # 147 HOW TO MAKE PATTHAR GOSHT || EID - UL AZHA SPECIAL || A VERY UNIQUE RECIPE PREPARATION TIME: 20-25 Mins COOKING TIME: 20-25 Mins SERVINGS: 3-4 INGREDIENTS: Boneless Mutton - 1/2 kg Onion - 1 large (cut in cubes) Green chilli - 10-12 Green coriander & mint leaves - 1 Cup Garlic - 6-7 Ginger - 1 inch Turmeric powder - Less than 1/2 tsp  Garam masala powder - 1/4 tsp Mace & nutmeg powder - 1/4 tsp Black pepper - 1/2 tsp Salt - To taste Oil - 2 tbsp METHOD: Take a stone sil. Put chicken & crush it, put ginger & garlic & mix it. Add black pepper, green chilli, green coriander, mint leaves & mix well. Add onion & mix in a paste. Add mutton in ground paste & mix well. Add all ingredients & mix well & keep aside for 1/2 hr for marination. Boil mutton until mutton tenders. Heat oil in a pan. Add boiled mutton, cover & cook. Cook on low flame. Gently flip & fry until done inside out on low flame
