HOW TO MAKE PATTHAR GOSHT || EID - UL AZHA SPECIAL || A VERY UNIQUE RECIPE

  • PREPARATION TIME: 20-25 Mins

INGREDIENTS:
  1. Boneless Mutton - 1/2 kg
  2. Onion - 1 large (cut in cubes)
  3. Green chilli - 10-12
  4. Green coriander & mint leaves - 1 Cup
  5. Garlic - 6-7
  6. Ginger - 1 inch
  7. Turmeric powder - Less than 1/2 tsp 
  8. Garam masala powder - 1/4 tsp
  9. Mace & nutmeg powder - 1/4 tsp
  10. Black pepper - 1/2 tsp
  11. Salt - To taste
  12. Oil - 2 tbsp
METHOD:
  1. Take a stone sil. Put chicken & crush it, put ginger & garlic & mix it. Add black pepper, green chilli, green coriander, mint leaves & mix well. Add onion & mix in a paste.
  2. Add mutton in ground paste & mix well.
  3. Add all ingredients & mix well & keep aside for 1/2 hr for marination. Boil mutton until mutton tenders.
  4. Heat oil in a pan. Add boiled mutton, cover & cook. Cook on low flame.
  5. Gently flip & fry until done inside out on low flame.
  6. Serve hot with onion slices, lemon, mint leaves with green chutney.
