EPISODE # 318 HOW TO MAKE FALOODA SEV AT HOME || FALOODA KULFI RECIPE  BY AYESHA'S WORLD PREPARATION TIME:  15 Mins COOKING TIME: 15-20 Mins SERVINGS:  2-3 INGREDIENTS: Corn Flour - As required Kulfi - As required Basil Seeds - 2 tsp Rooh Afza - 2 tbsp Dry Fruits - Chopped METHOD: Take a pan, add cornflour, water - 2 Cups & mix well. Turn the flame on & continuously stir & cook the mixture. Take a bowl of cold water, take a chakli maker. Add the mixture in it & give the shape of seviyan. Take a kulfi mould, rub it against your palms & remove kulfi from it. Cut kulfi into small pieces. Take a glass, add kulfi pieces. Add soaked basil seeds, falooda sev, rooh afza, repeat putting the same layers. Add dry fruits. Serve chilled. EPISODE # 317 SIRF 2 CHEEZON SE BANAYE MAZEDAAR MALAI KULFI || KULFI RECIPES  BY AYESHA'S WORLD PREPARATION TIME:  10 Mins COOKING TIME: 10 Mins SERVINGS:  3-4 INGREDIENTS: Milk - 1 litre (Boil it) Condensed Milk - or Sugar - 1/2 Cup Green Cardamom Powder - 1 tsp (Optional) METHOD: Take a vessel. Add milk, continuously stir & boil. Add condensed milk or sugar & mix well. Turn off the flame & keep aside to cool down at room temperature. Take a kulfi mould & pour the mixture one by one in each mould. Place the stick & keep it aside in the refrigerator for overnight. Take a bowl of water & put kulfi mould in it. Once the kulfi leaves the mould, take it out. Serve chilled. EPISODE # 315 ZARDA SPECIAL - SHAB-E-BARAAT KI KHAAS RECIPE || SIMPLE ZARDA RECIPE  BY AYESHA'S WORLD PREPARATION TIME:  15 Mins COOKING TIME: 25-30 Mins SERVINGS:  3-4 INGREDIENTS: Basmati Rice - 1 Gass (Soak Rice in water for 10 mins) Sugar - 1 1/2 Glass Chopped Dry Fruits - 1 tsp (Cashews, Almonds, Pistachios) Chironji - 1 tsp Raisins - 1 tsp Almonds - 5-6 (Soaked overnight & cut into 2 equal halfs) Dry Coconut - 1/2 Cup (Sliced) Dry Dates - Few (Soaked overnight & sliced) Green Cardamom Powder - 1 tsp Dry Spices: Cinnamon Stick - 1, Green Cardamom - 1, Cloves - 2 Zarda Colour - 1 tsp Lemon Juice - 1 tsp METHOD: Boil water in a vessel. EPISODE # 310 IDLI KE BARTAN MEIN BANAYE MAZEDAAR SABUDANA PAPAD || SUMMER SPECIAL RECIPES  BY AYESHA'S WORLD PREPARATION TIME:  15 Mins COOKING TIME:  7 - 10 Mins INGREDIENTS: Sago - 250 gms (Soak in water for overnight) Cumin Seeds - 1 tsp Carom Seeds - 1 Pinch Sesame Seeds - 1 tsp Red Chilli Flakes - 1 tsp Salt - To Taste Oil - For Frying METHOD: Take a bowl, add sago & mix well with hands. Add all the ingredients (2-6) & mix well. Heat water in an idli maker. Spread oil on idli mould. Take a spoonful of sago mixture & place it on each mould. Place the moulds in an idli maker, cover & cook for 5 mins. Turn off the flame & take the moulds out. Cool it down at room temperature. Take a thal. Spread oil on it. Transfer papad on it & keep the uncooked side up. Take a wet spoon & remove the papad from mould. Keep it under sunlight for 2 days. Heat oil in a karahi.
