SUPER TASTY & LIP-SMACKING DAHI CHICKEN || DAHI CHICKEN RECIPE || CHICKEN RECIPES BY AYESHA'S WORLD

- Chicken Pieces - 1/2 Kg
- Lemon Juice - 2 tbsp
- Black Pepper - 1 tsp
- Cumin Seeds - 1 tsp
- Fennel Seeds - 1 tsp
- Coriander Seeds - 2 tbsp
- Sesame Seeds - 1 tsp
- Whole Dry Red Chilli - 4
- Ginger-Garlic Paste - 1 tsp
- Curd - 1/2 Kg
- Onion - 1/2 Kg (Sliced)
- Green Chilli - 4 (Chopped)
- Green Coriander - Few
- Shah Zeera - 1 tsp
- Bay leaf - 1
- Dry Spices: Cinnamon Stick - 1, Cloves - 3, Green Cardamom - 2
- Garam Masala Powder - Less than 1/4 tsp
- Dried Fenugreek Leaves - Few
- Salt - To Taste
- Butter - 2 tbsp
- Oil - 1 tbsp
- Take a bowl, add chicken, lemon juice, mix well & keep aside for 1/2 hour to marinade.
- Heat a pan, add all ingredients (3-8) & saute. Let it cool down at room temperature & coarsely grind it.
- After 1/2 hour, Add ginger garlic paste. Add grounded masala, salt.
- Add curd, mix well. Add a few green chilli & green coriander & mix well. Keep it aside for 1 hour to marinade.
- Heat a pan, add oil & butter. Add shah zeera & saute.
- Add bay leaf & saute. Add dry spices & saute.
- Add onion & saute. Add chicken & saute. Add green chilli & saute. Place the lid & cook on high flame.
- Add garam masala powder & mix well.
- Add dried fenugreek leaves & mix well.
- Add green coriander, cover & cook on high flame.
- Sprinkle some water & mix well. Cover & cook on low flame for another 5 mins.
- Serve hot with paratha, roti, rice.
