EPISODE # 143 MEETHI KE PARATHE || HOW TO MAKE MEETHE KE PARATHE PREPARATION TIME: 15-20 Mins COOKING TIME: 15-20 Mins SERVINGS: 4-5 INGREDIENTS: Wheat flour - 2-3 Cup Fenugreek leaves - 1 Cup Onion - 1 (Sliced) Turmeric powder - 1 tbsp Green chilli & Garlic paste - 2 tbsp Cumin seeds - 1 tsp Salt - to taste Oil - as required METHOD: Take a bowl. Add all ingredients & mix well. Add water & knead the flour well. Cover & keep aside the dough for 5 mins. Spread oil & knead the dough for once. Dust flour & roll dough. Take equal portions, give shape & keep aside. Dust flour & roll paratha. Heat a pan. Put paratha & cook until done. Spread oil from all corners & cook. Turn & cook until done. Serve hot with butter & mint chutney. EPISODE # 142 KHOPRE KI MEETHI CHUTNEY WALE ANDE || EGG RECIPE PREPARATION TIME: 10 Mins COOKING TIME: 15-20 Mins SERVINGS: 3-4 INGREDIENTS: Boiled Eggs - 4 Coconut - 1/2 Sliced Garlic cloves  -8-10 Red Chilli powder - 1 tbsp Salt - to taste Ghee - 2 tbsp METHOD: Take a mixer jar. Add all ingredients & grind. Heat ghee in a cooking pot. Add eggs with little salt & saute. Turn off the flame & let cool at room temperature. Divide eggs into two equal parts, add grounded chutney & mix well with eggs. EPISODE # 141 SOYA CHUNKS SOYA  MANCHURIAN PREPARATION TIME: 10 Mins COOKING TIME: 15-20 Mins SERVINGS: 3-4 INGREDIENTS: FOR SOYABEAN CHUNKS: Soybean - 200 gms Ginger - garlic paste - Less than 1/2 tsp, Chat masala powder - Less than 1/4 tsp, Tandoori Chicken Powder - 1/2 tsp, Red Chilli Powder - 1/2 tsp, Corn Flour - 1 tbsp, Curd - 2 tbsp, Red Food Colour - 2-3 drops, Salt - To taste Oil - For Frying FOR SOYA MANCHURIAN: Onion - 1 (Sliced) Cabbage - 1 (Sliced) Capsicum - 1 (Sliced) Green Chilli - 2 (Slited) Garlic - 3-4 (Crushed) Sugar - 1 Pinch Green Coriander - 1/4 Cup Dark Soya Sauce - 1 tbsp Red Chilli Sauce - 1 tbsp Tomato Ketchup -  1 tbsp Corn Flour - 2 tsp Oil - 1 tbsp METHOD: FOR SOYA CHUNKS: Boil Soyabean with little salt & water for 3-4 mins.
