KHOPRE KI MEETHI CHUTNEY WALE ANDE || EGG RECIPE

  • PREPARATION TIME: 10 Mins
  • COOKING TIME: 15-20 Mins
  • SERVINGS: 3-4
INGREDIENTS:
  1. Boiled Eggs - 4
  2. Coconut - 1/2 Sliced
  3. Garlic cloves  -8-10
  4. Red Chilli powder - 1 tbsp
  5. Salt - to taste
  6. Ghee - 2 tbsp
METHOD:
  1. Take a mixer jar. Add all ingredients & grind.
  2. Heat ghee in a cooking pot. Add eggs with little salt & saute.
  3. Turn off the flame & let cool at room temperature.
  4. Divide eggs into two equal parts, add grounded chutney & mix well with eggs.
  5. Serve hot with dal & rice, roti, etc.
