EPISODE # 329 EID SPECIAL STEP BY STEP SHEER KHURMA RECIPE WITH TIPS  BY AYESHA'S WORLD PREPARATION TIME:  15 Mins COOKING TIME: 20-25 Mins SERVINGS:  5-6 INGREDIENTS: Milk - 1 litre Sugar - 1 1/2 Cup or as required Seviyan - 1/2 Cup Makhane - 10-15 or Few Dry Dates - 2 (Soaked in water for overnight & sliced) Dry Fruits - 1/2 Cup (Chopped) (Almond, Cashews, Pistachios, Chironji) Desiccated Powder - 1 Small Piece Cardamom Powder - 1/4 tsp Dry Spices: Cinnamon Stick - 1, Green Cardamom - 2, Cloves - 3 Ghee - 1/2 Spoon METHOD: Boil milk by adding a glass of water. Heat water in a vessel & sterilize the vessel & spoon. Add ghee, dry spices & saute. Add dry fruits & saute. Add makhane & saute. Add desiccated coconut powder & saute. Saute all this on low flame. Put the lid & bring cooker on full pressure & cook till 2-3 whistles. Take a mixer jar, add boiled dates, garlic cloves & grind smoothly. If you don't want to add garlic cloves, you can add Dry Ginger Powder - 1 tsp. Take a bowl, place a strainer & strain it. Add all ingredients (5-7) & mix well.
