DAHI PURI, RAGADA PURI, RAGADA RECIPE || CHAAT RECIPES BY AYESHA'S WORLD

INGREDIENTS:
  1. White Peas - 2 Cup (Soaked Overnight)
  2. Potato - 2
  3. Gram Flour - 2 tbsp
  4. Turmeric Powder - 1/2 tsp
  5. Salt - To Taste
  6. Curd
  7. Sev
  8. Khajoor Ki Chutney
  9. Pudiney Ki Chutney
  10. Chaat Masala
  11. Onion & Tomato - Finely Chopped
  12. Coriander Leaves - Finely Chopped
METHOD:
  1. Take a cooker, add 2 glass of water, potato, close cooker & bring it on full pressure & cook till 2-3 whistles.
  2. Transfer it into a vessel. Take out potatoes & keep aside to cool down at room temperature. (Then deskin potato & cut it into small pieces).
  3. Take a bowl, add gram flour & mix well with water. Mix it with boiled white peas. Add salt, turmeric powder & mix all the ingredients well. Add a litre of water & mix well.
  4. On high flame, simmer white peas gravy till it gets thick.
  5. Add potato & mix well. Add a litre of water & mix well.
  6. Make the recipes as shown in the video.
