- White Peas - 2 Cup (Soaked Overnight)
- Potato - 2
- Gram Flour - 2 tbsp
- Turmeric Powder - 1/2 tsp
- Salt - To Taste
- Curd
- Sev
- Khajoor Ki Chutney
- Pudiney Ki Chutney
- Chaat Masala
- Onion & Tomato - Finely Chopped
- Coriander Leaves - Finely Chopped
- Take a cooker, add 2 glass of water, potato, close cooker & bring it on full pressure & cook till 2-3 whistles.
- Transfer it into a vessel. Take out potatoes & keep aside to cool down at room temperature. (Then deskin potato & cut it into small pieces).
- Take a bowl, add gram flour & mix well with water. Mix it with boiled white peas. Add salt, turmeric powder & mix all the ingredients well. Add a litre of water & mix well.
- On high flame, simmer white peas gravy till it gets thick.
- Add potato & mix well. Add a litre of water & mix well.
