EPISODE # 180 CHICKEN IN RED MASALA || RED MASALA CHICKEN GRAVY || SIMPLE & AUTHENTIC RECIPE PREPARATION TIME: 5 Mins COOKING TIME:  15-20 Mins SERVINGS: 5 INGREDIENTS: Chicken - 1/2 Kg Onion - 1 Big (Chopped) Red chilli powder - 1 tsp Kashmiri lal mirch powder - 1 tbsp Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp Coriander powder - 2 tbsp Dry coconut powder - 2 tbsp Garam masala powder - 1/4 tsp Ginger garlic paste - 1 tsp Crushed Black pepper - 1/2 tsp Green chilli - 2 Salt - To taste Oil - 2 Spoon METHOD: Take a vessel. Add chicken, onion, turmeric powder & salt to taste & saute. Add oil & mix. Add ginger garlic paste & mix well. Add red chilli powder & mix well. Add kashmiri lal mirch powder & mix well. EPISODE # 179 SUPER TASTY SAMOSA WITH LEFTOVER SABZI || HOW TO MAKE VEG SAMOSA AT HOME || PREPARATION TIME: 05 Mins COOKING TIME: 15 Mins SERVINGS: 4-5 INGREDIENTS: Leftover bhaji/vegetables: Pila Aloo Ki Sabzi & Aloo Matar - as required Green coriander - as required All-purpose flour - 1 tbsp Oil - For Frying METHOD: Mash potatoes in the vegetables/bhaji, add green coriander & mix well. Take a small bowl, add all purpose flour & mix with water. Take a samosa Patti, spread the prepared mixture, place some sabzi, fold in a triangular shape. Seal all corners with the mixture. Het oil in a cooking pot. Put samosas one by one in hot oil & fry until golden brown on a low or medium flame. Take out in a plate. Serve hot with tomato ketchup.
