CHICKEN IN RED MASALA || RED MASALA CHICKEN GRAVY || SIMPLE & AUTHENTIC RECIPE

INGREDIENTS:
  1. Chicken - 1/2 Kg
  2. Onion - 1 Big (Chopped)
  3. Red chilli powder - 1 tsp
  4. Kashmiri lal mirch powder - 1 tbsp
  5. Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
  6. Coriander powder - 2 tbsp
  7. Dry coconut powder - 2 tbsp
  8. Garam masala powder - 1/4 tsp
  9. Ginger garlic paste - 1 tsp
  10. Crushed Black pepper - 1/2 tsp
  11. Green chilli - 2
  12. Salt - To taste
  13. Oil - 2 Spoon
METHOD:
  1. Take a vessel. Add chicken, onion, turmeric powder & salt to taste & saute.
  2. Add oil & mix.
  3. Add ginger garlic paste & mix well.
  4. Add red chilli powder & mix well.
  5. Add kashmiri lal mirch powder & mix well.
  6. Turn the flame low. Add coriander powder & mix well.
  7. Add dry coconut powder & mix well. Add little hot water & mix well.
  8. Add garam masala powder & mix well.
  9. Add crushed black pepper & mix well.
  10. Add hot water 1 glass after 2-3 min. Cover & simmer.
  11. Add green chilli & mix well.
  12. Sprinkle little water & mix well. Cover & simmer for 5-6 mins.
  13. Serve with Roti, Rice etc.
