SUPER TASTY SAMOSA WITH LEFTOVER SABZI || HOW TO MAKE VEG SAMOSA AT HOME ||

INGREDIENTS:
  1. Leftover bhaji/vegetables: Pila Aloo Ki Sabzi & Aloo Matar - as required
  2. Green coriander - as required
  3. All-purpose flour - 1 tbsp
  4. Oil - For Frying
METHOD:
  1. Mash potatoes in the vegetables/bhaji, add green coriander & mix well.
  2. Take a small bowl, add all purpose flour & mix with water.
  3. Take a samosa Patti, spread the prepared mixture, place some sabzi, fold in a triangular shape.
  4. Seal all corners with the mixture.
  5. Het oil in a cooking pot.
  6. Put samosas one by one in hot oil & fry until golden brown on a low or medium flame.
  7. Take out in a plate.
  8. Serve hot with tomato ketchup.
