SUPER TASTY SAMOSA WITH LEFTOVER SABZI || HOW TO MAKE VEG SAMOSA AT HOME ||

INGREDIENTS:
- Leftover bhaji/vegetables: Pila Aloo Ki Sabzi & Aloo Matar - as required
- Green coriander - as required
- All-purpose flour - 1 tbsp
- Oil - For Frying
METHOD:
- Mash potatoes in the vegetables/bhaji, add green coriander & mix well.
- Take a small bowl, add all purpose flour & mix with water.
- Take a samosa Patti, spread the prepared mixture, place some sabzi, fold in a triangular shape.
- Seal all corners with the mixture.
- Het oil in a cooking pot.
- Put samosas one by one in hot oil & fry until golden brown on a low or medium flame.
- Take out in a plate.
- Serve hot with tomato ketchup.
