CHICKEN MALAI KOFTA GRAVY || SUPER TASTY & EASY CHICKEN GRAVY || CHICKEN RECIPES BY AYESHA'S WORLD

INGREDIENTS:
  1. Chicken Breasts - 2 (Cut into small pieces)
  2. Ginger Garlic Paste - 1/2 tsp
  3. Turmeric Powder - 1/2 tsp
  4. Red Chilli Powder - 1 tsp
  5. Coriander Powder - 1 tsp
  6. Green Chilli - 1
  7. Salt - To taste
  8. Onion - 1/2 (Chopped)
  9. Green Coriander - Few
  10. Onion - 1 (Grind into fine paste)
  11. Tomato - 1 (made into a puree)
  12. Curd - 1/2 Cup
  13. Cream - More than 1/2 Cup
  14. Green Coriander - Few
  15. Ginger Garlic Paste - 1/2 tsp
  16. Turmeric Powder - 1/2 tsp
  17. Red Chilli Powder - 1 tbsp
  18. Coriander Powder - 2 tbsp
  19. Garam Masala Powder - 1/2 tsp
  20. Cumin Seeds - 1 tsp
  21. Bay Leaf - 1
  22. Green Cardamom - 1
  23. Cloves - 2
  24. Cinnamon Stick - 1
  25. Green Chilli - 2 (Slited)
  26. Dried Fenugreek Leaves - 1 tsp
  27. Oil - 1 Spoon
  28. Ghee - 1/2 Spoon
METHOD:
  1. Take a bowl, add all ingredients (1-7) & grind together.
  2. Take a bowl, add grounded chicken, all ingredients (8-9) & mix together. Put the lid & keep aside to rest.
  3. Take a bowl, add all ingredients (15-19), add a little water & mix well & keep aside.
  4. Heat a pan, add oil, ghee. Add all ingredients (20-24) & saute.
  5. Add all ingredients (10-11) & saute. Add mixed masalas & saute. Add a little water & saute.
  6. Add curd & saute. Turn the flame to low. Place the lid & simmer.
  7. Mix the kofta mixture for once. Take some mixture, roll & give shape.
  8. Add a little water in the gravy & mix well. On high flame, add salt & mix well. Add kofta one by one. Put the lid & simmer.
  9. Gently turn the koftas & simmer. Put the lid & simmer on low flame.
  10. Add all ingredients (25-26) & mix well. Add all ingredients (13-14) & mix well. Place the lid & simmer on low flame for about 4-5 mins.
  11. Serve hot with Rice, Roti, etc.
