MUGHLAI CHICKEN GRAVY || SUPER TASTY || EASY GRAVY || CHICKEN RECIPES BY AYESHA'S WORLD

INGREDIENTS:
  1. Chicken Pieces - 1 Kg
  2. Ginger Garlic Paste - 1/2 tbsp
  3. Curd - 2 tbsp
  4. Lemon Juice - 1 tbsp
  5. Slat - To Taste
  6. Onion - 2 (Roughly Chopped)
  7. Tomatoes - 2 (Roughly Chopped)
  8. Almonds - 10-12
  9. Cashew nuts - 10-12
  10. Curd - 1 Cup
  11. Shah Jeera - 1 tsp
  12. Bay Leaf - 2
  13. Cinnamon Stick - 1
  14. Green Cardamom - 2
  15. Cloves - 3
  16. Onion - 1 (Sliced)
  17. Turmeric Powder - 1/2 tsp
  18. Red Chilli Powder - 1 tsp
  19. Coriander Powder - 1 tbsp
  20. Salt - To Taste
  21. Garam Masala Powder - 1/4 tsp
  22. Dried Fenugreek Leaves - 1 tbsp
  23. Ghee - 1 Spoon
  24. Oil - 2 tbsp
METHOD:
  1. Take a bowl, add all ingredients (1-5) & mix well. Cover & keep aside for marination.
  2. Heat oil a pan, add onions & saute.
  3. After 1 min, add tomatoes & saute.
  4. Add almonds, cashew nuts & saute. Turn off the flame, keep aside to cool down at room temperature.
  5. Take a mixer jar, add sauteed ingredients, curd & grind finely.
  6. Heat ghee in a karahi, add all ingredients (11-16) & saute.
  7. Add grounded paste & mix well. Add a little water & mix well.
  8. Add all ingredients (17-20) & mix well. Put the lid & simmer.
  9. After 2-3 mins, add marinated chicken & mix well. Put the lid & simmer on high flame.
  10. Add garam masala powder & mix well.
  11. Add dried fenugreek leaves & mix well. Put the lid & simmer for another 5-6 mins, add a 1/2 glass of water & mix well. Put the lid & simmer for another 7-10 mins.
  12. Serve hot with rice, roti, etc.
