MEETHI KE PARATHE || HOW TO MAKE MEETHE KE PARATHE

INGREDIENTS:
  1. Wheat flour - 2-3 Cup
  2. Fenugreek leaves - 1 Cup
  3. Onion - 1 (Sliced)
  4. Turmeric powder - 1 tbsp
  5. Green chilli & Garlic paste - 2 tbsp
  6. Cumin seeds - 1 tsp
  7. Salt - to taste
  8. Oil - as required
METHOD:
  1. Take a bowl. Add all ingredients & mix well. Add water & knead the flour well.
  2. Cover & keep aside the dough for 5 mins.
  3. Spread oil & knead the dough for once. Dust flour & roll dough.
  4. Take equal portions, give shape & keep aside. Dust flour & roll paratha.
  5. Heat a pan. Put paratha & cook until done.
  6. Spread oil from all corners & cook. Turn & cook until done.
  7. Serve hot with butter & mint chutney.
