MEETHI KE PARATHE || HOW TO MAKE MEETHE KE PARATHE
- PREPARATION TIME: 15-20 Mins

INGREDIENTS:
- Wheat flour - 2-3 Cup
- Fenugreek leaves - 1 Cup
- Onion - 1 (Sliced)
- Turmeric powder - 1 tbsp
- Green chilli & Garlic paste - 2 tbsp
- Cumin seeds - 1 tsp
- Salt - to taste
- Oil - as required
METHOD:
- Take a bowl. Add all ingredients & mix well. Add water & knead the flour well.
- Cover & keep aside the dough for 5 mins.
- Spread oil & knead the dough for once. Dust flour & roll dough.
- Take equal portions, give shape & keep aside. Dust flour & roll paratha.
- Heat a pan. Put paratha & cook until done.
- Spread oil from all corners & cook. Turn & cook until done.
- Serve hot with butter & mint chutney.
