SOYA CHUNKS SOYA MANCHURIAN

INGREDIENTS:
FOR SOYABEAN CHUNKS:
- Soybean - 200 gms
- Ginger - garlic paste - Less than 1/2 tsp,
- Chat masala powder - Less than 1/4 tsp,
- Tandoori Chicken Powder - 1/2 tsp,
- Red Chilli Powder - 1/2 tsp,
- Corn Flour - 1 tbsp,
- Curd - 2 tbsp,
- Red Food Colour - 2-3 drops,
- Salt - To taste
- Oil - For Frying
FOR SOYA MANCHURIAN:
- Onion - 1 (Sliced)
- Cabbage - 1 (Sliced)
- Capsicum - 1 (Sliced)
- Green Chilli - 2 (Slited)
- Garlic - 3-4 (Crushed)
- Sugar - 1 Pinch
- Green Coriander - 1/4 Cup
- Dark Soya Sauce - 1 tbsp
- Red Chilli Sauce - 1 tbsp
- Tomato Ketchup - 1 tbsp
- Corn Flour - 2 tsp
- Oil - 1 tbsp
METHOD:
FOR SOYA CHUNKS:
- Boil Soyabean with little salt & water for 3-4 mins.
- Take out & add boiled soybean in cold water for 10-15 mins.
- Squeeze water from Soyabean & keep aside.
- Take Soya in a bowl. Add all ingredients & mix well.
- Heat Oil in a Karahi. With the help of a spoon, add soybean one by one in oil & fry until fully done inside out.
- Take out & garnish with green coriander.
FOR SOYA MANCHURIAN:
- Heat oil in a pan. Add Onion & saute.
- Add Cabbage & saute.
- Add Capsicum, green chilli & saute.
- Add Dark soya sauce, Chilli sauce, Tomato ketchup & mix.
- Add salt to taste, Cornflour (Mixed with little water) & mix.
- Add Soya Chunks & mix well.
- Add Sugar & mix well.
- Add Green coriander & Crushed garlic & mix well.
- Serve hot.
