SOYA CHUNKS SOYA MANCHURIAN

  • COOKING TIME: 15-20 Mins

INGREDIENTS:

FOR SOYABEAN CHUNKS:
  1. Soybean - 200 gms
  2. Ginger - garlic paste - Less than 1/2 tsp,
  3. Chat masala powder - Less than 1/4 tsp,
  4. Tandoori Chicken Powder - 1/2 tsp,
  5. Red Chilli Powder - 1/2 tsp,
  6. Corn Flour - 1 tbsp,
  7. Curd - 2 tbsp,
  8. Red Food Colour - 2-3 drops,
  9. Salt - To taste
  10. Oil - For Frying
FOR SOYA MANCHURIAN:
  1. Onion - 1 (Sliced)
  2. Cabbage - 1 (Sliced)
  3. Capsicum - 1 (Sliced)
  4. Green Chilli - 2 (Slited)
  5. Garlic - 3-4 (Crushed)
  6. Sugar - 1 Pinch
  7. Green Coriander - 1/4 Cup
  8. Dark Soya Sauce - 1 tbsp
  9. Red Chilli Sauce - 1 tbsp
  10. Tomato Ketchup -  1 tbsp
  11. Corn Flour - 2 tsp
  12. Oil - 1 tbsp
METHOD:
FOR SOYA CHUNKS:
  1. Boil Soyabean with little salt & water for 3-4 mins.
  2. Take out & add boiled soybean in cold water for 10-15 mins.
  3. Squeeze water from Soyabean & keep aside.
  4. Take Soya in a bowl. Add all ingredients & mix well.
  5. Heat Oil in a Karahi. With the help of a spoon, add soybean one by one in oil & fry until fully done inside out.
  6. Take out & garnish with green coriander.
FOR SOYA MANCHURIAN:
  1. Heat oil in a pan. Add Onion & saute.
  2. Add Cabbage & saute.
  3. Add Capsicum, green chilli & saute.
  4. Add Dark soya sauce, Chilli sauce, Tomato ketchup & mix.
  5. Add salt to taste, Cornflour (Mixed with little water) & mix.
  6. Add Soya Chunks & mix well.
  7. Add Sugar & mix well.
  8. Add Green coriander & Crushed garlic & mix well.
  9. Serve hot.
