IDLI KE BARTAN MEIN BANAYE MAZEDAAR SABUDANA PAPAD || SUMMER SPECIAL RECIPES BY AYESHA'S WORLD


  • PREPARATION TIME: 15 Mins
  • COOKING TIME: 7-10 Mins
INGREDIENTS:
  1. Sago - 250 gms (Soak in water for overnight)
  2. Cumin Seeds - 1 tsp
  3. Carom Seeds - 1 Pinch
  4. Sesame Seeds - 1 tsp
  5. Red Chilli Flakes - 1 tsp
  6. Salt - To Taste
  7. Oil - For Frying
METHOD:
  1. Take a bowl, add sago & mix well with hands.
  2. Add all the ingredients (2-6) & mix well.
  3. Heat water in an idli maker. Spread oil on idli mould. Take a spoonful of sago mixture & place it on each mould. Place the moulds in an idli maker, cover & cook for 5 mins.
  4. Turn off the flame & take the moulds out. Cool it down at room temperature.
  5. Take a thal. Spread oil on it. Transfer papad on it & keep the uncooked side up.
  6. Take a wet spoon & remove the papad from mould. Keep it under sunlight for 2 days.
  7. Heat oil in a karahi. Put papad one by one in hot oil & let it fry until done.
  8. Serve hot with Dal & Rice, etc.
