IDLI KE BARTAN MEIN BANAYE MAZEDAAR SABUDANA PAPAD || SUMMER SPECIAL RECIPES BY AYESHA'S WORLD
- PREPARATION TIME: 15 Mins
- COOKING TIME: 7-10 Mins
- Sago - 250 gms (Soak in water for overnight)
- Cumin Seeds - 1 tsp
- Carom Seeds - 1 Pinch
- Sesame Seeds - 1 tsp
- Red Chilli Flakes - 1 tsp
- Salt - To Taste
- Oil - For Frying
- Take a bowl, add sago & mix well with hands.
- Add all the ingredients (2-6) & mix well.
- Heat water in an idli maker. Spread oil on idli mould. Take a spoonful of sago mixture & place it on each mould. Place the moulds in an idli maker, cover & cook for 5 mins.
- Turn off the flame & take the moulds out. Cool it down at room temperature.
- Take a thal. Spread oil on it. Transfer papad on it & keep the uncooked side up.
- Take a wet spoon & remove the papad from mould. Keep it under sunlight for 2 days.
- Heat oil in a karahi. Put papad one by one in hot oil & let it fry until done.
- Serve hot with Dal & Rice, etc.
