HOW TO MAKE FALOODA SEV AT HOME || FALOODA KULFI RECIPE BY AYESHA'S WORLD
  • PREPARATION TIME: 15 Mins
  • COOKING TIME: 15-20 Mins
  • SERVINGS: 2-3
INGREDIENTS:
  1. Corn Flour - As required
  2. Kulfi - As required
  3. Basil Seeds - 2 tsp
  4. Rooh Afza - 2 tbsp
  5. Dry Fruits - Chopped
METHOD:
  1. Take a pan, add cornflour, water - 2 Cups & mix well.
  2. Turn the flame on & continuously stir & cook the mixture.
  3. Take a bowl of cold water, take a chakli maker. Add the mixture in it & give the shape of seviyan.
  4. Take a kulfi mould, rub it against your palms & remove kulfi from it. Cut kulfi into small pieces.
  5. Take a glass, add kulfi pieces. Add soaked basil seeds, falooda sev, rooh afza, repeat putting the same layers. Add dry fruits.
  6. Serve chilled.
