HOW TO MAKE FALOODA SEV AT HOME || FALOODA KULFI RECIPE BY AYESHA'S WORLD
- PREPARATION TIME: 15 Mins
- COOKING TIME: 15-20 Mins
- SERVINGS: 2-3
- Corn Flour - As required
- Kulfi - As required
- Basil Seeds - 2 tsp
- Rooh Afza - 2 tbsp
- Dry Fruits - Chopped
- Take a pan, add cornflour, water - 2 Cups & mix well.
- Turn the flame on & continuously stir & cook the mixture.
- Take a bowl of cold water, take a chakli maker. Add the mixture in it & give the shape of seviyan.
- Take a kulfi mould, rub it against your palms & remove kulfi from it. Cut kulfi into small pieces.
- Take a glass, add kulfi pieces. Add soaked basil seeds, falooda sev, rooh afza, repeat putting the same layers. Add dry fruits.
- Serve chilled.
