SIRF 2 CHEEZON SE BANAYE MAZEDAAR MALAI KULFI || KULFI RECIPES BY AYESHA'S WORLD

INGREDIENTS:
  1. Milk - 1 litre (Boil it)
  2. Condensed Milk - or Sugar - 1/2 Cup
  3. Green Cardamom Powder - 1 tsp (Optional)
METHOD:
  1. Take a vessel. Add milk, continuously stir & boil.
  2. Add condensed milk or sugar & mix well. Turn off the flame & keep aside to cool down at room temperature.
  3. Take a kulfi mould & pour the mixture one by one in each mould.
  4. Place the stick & keep it aside in the refrigerator for overnight.
  5. Take a bowl of water & put kulfi mould in it. Once the kulfi leaves the mould, take it out.
  6. Serve chilled.
