SIRF 2 CHEEZON SE BANAYE MAZEDAAR MALAI KULFI || KULFI RECIPES BY AYESHA'S WORLD
- PREPARATION TIME: 10 Mins
- COOKING TIME: 10 Mins
- SERVINGS: 3-4
- Milk - 1 litre (Boil it)
- Condensed Milk - or Sugar - 1/2 Cup
- Green Cardamom Powder - 1 tsp (Optional)
- Take a vessel. Add milk, continuously stir & boil.
- Add condensed milk or sugar & mix well. Turn off the flame & keep aside to cool down at room temperature.
- Take a kulfi mould & pour the mixture one by one in each mould.
- Place the stick & keep it aside in the refrigerator for overnight.
- Take a bowl of water & put kulfi mould in it. Once the kulfi leaves the mould, take it out.
- Serve chilled.
