INGREDIENTS:
  1. Bread Slices - 4-5 (Do small pieces)
  2. Semolina - 1/2 Cup
  3. Onion - 1/2 (Chopped)
  4. Carrot - 1 Small (Grated)
  5. Tomato - 1/2 (Chopped)
  6. Capsicum - 1/2 (Chopped)
  7. Red Chilli Flakes - 1 tsp
  8. Green Chilli - 2 (Slited)
  9. Green Coriander - 1/2 Cup (Chopped)
  10. Curry Leaves - 1 Sprig
  11. Cumin Seeds - 1 tsp
  12. Salt - To Taste
  13. Butter - as required
METHOD:
  1. Take a mixer jar, add bread, semolina, curd & green chilli. Grind into a fine batter. Add a little water & grind into a fine batter. Add a little salt & mix well.
  2. Add all ingredients (3-6) & mix well.
  3. Add all ingredients (7-11) & mix well.
  4. Heat a pan, spread some butter on it, take a spoonful of batter & make small uttapa.
  5. Place a lid & cook until done inside out.
  6. Serve hot.
