- Bread Slices - 4-5 (Do small pieces)
- Semolina - 1/2 Cup
- Onion - 1/2 (Chopped)
- Carrot - 1 Small (Grated)
- Tomato - 1/2 (Chopped)
- Capsicum - 1/2 (Chopped)
- Red Chilli Flakes - 1 tsp
- Green Chilli - 2 (Slited)
- Green Coriander - 1/2 Cup (Chopped)
- Curry Leaves - 1 Sprig
- Cumin Seeds - 1 tsp
- Salt - To Taste
- Butter - as required
- Take a mixer jar, add bread, semolina, curd & green chilli. Grind into a fine batter. Add a little water & grind into a fine batter. Add a little salt & mix well.
- Add all ingredients (3-6) & mix well.
- Add all ingredients (7-11) & mix well.
- Heat a pan, spread some butter on it, take a spoonful of batter & make small uttapa.
- Place a lid & cook until done inside out.
- Serve hot.
