HOW TO MAKE MUTTON SOUP || PHEEKHA SHERWA SOUP


  • PREPARATION TIME: 05 Mins
  • COOKING TIME: 15 - 20 Mins
  • SERVINGS: 3-4
INGREDIENTS:
  1. Mutton - 250 gms
  2. Onion - 1 Big (Finely chopped)
  3. Turmeric powder - 1 tsp
  4. Black Pepper - 5-6
  5. Carrom Seeds - 1 Pinch
  6. Coriander Seeds - 1 tbsp
  7. Cumin Seeds - 1/2 tbsp
  8. Fennel Seeds - 1/2 tbsp
  9. Green coriander - few
  10. Green chili - 1
  11. Garlic cloves - 4-5 (With skin)
  12. Salt - to taste
METHOD:
  1. Take a bowl. Mix all ingredients in mutton & mix well.
  2. Take a cooker. Add mutton & saute for 5-6 mins.
  3. Add 2 glasses of water. Add Green coriander.
  4. Close cooker, bring cooker on full pressure on high heat & cook until 4-5 whistles.
  5. Add garlic cloves & mix well.
  6. Garnish with lemon juice & sprinkle some black pepper.
  7. Serve hot.
