HOW TO MAKE MUTTON SOUP || PHEEKHA SHERWA SOUP

INGREDIENTS:
- Mutton - 250 gms
- Onion - 1 Big (Finely chopped)
- Turmeric powder - 1 tsp
- Black Pepper - 5-6
- Carrom Seeds - 1 Pinch
- Coriander Seeds - 1 tbsp
- Cumin Seeds - 1/2 tbsp
- Fennel Seeds - 1/2 tbsp
- Green coriander - few
- Green chili - 1
- Garlic cloves - 4-5 (With skin)
- Salt - to taste
METHOD:
- Take a bowl. Mix all ingredients in mutton & mix well.
- Take a cooker. Add mutton & saute for 5-6 mins.
- Add 2 glasses of water. Add Green coriander.
- Close cooker, bring cooker on full pressure on high heat & cook until 4-5 whistles.
- Add garlic cloves & mix well.
- Garnish with lemon juice & sprinkle some black pepper.
- Serve hot.
