BHINDI (OKRA) KI SABZI WITH SIMPLE & EASY METHOD

INGREDIENTS:
- Lady Finger - 1/2 Kg
- Onion - 1 (Sliced)
- Tomato - 1 (Sliced)
- Turmeric powder - 1/2 tbsp
- Amchur powder - 1/2 tsp
- Lemon - 1/2 tsp
- Curry leaves - few
- Green coriander - few (Chopped)
- Green chili - 3
- Cumin seeds - 1 Pinch
- Carrom seeds - 1 Pinch
- Salt - to taste
- Oil - 2 tbsp
METHOD:
- Heat a cooking pot. Add oil, cumin seeds, carom seeds & saute.
- Add onion & saute.
- Add curry leaves & saute.
- Add green chilli & saute.
- Add tomato & saute.
- Add amchur powder, turmeric powder & saute.
- Add lady finger & saute on high flame.
- Add green coriander & saute. Cover & cook on low flame.
- Add salt to taste, lemon, green coriander. Cover & cook on low flame for 5 mins.
