BHINDI (OKRA) KI SABZI WITH SIMPLE & EASY METHOD

  • PREPARATION TIME: 15 Mins
  • COOKING TIME: 15-20 Mins

INGREDIENTS:
  1. Lady Finger - 1/2 Kg
  2. Onion - 1 (Sliced)
  3. Tomato - 1 (Sliced)
  4. Turmeric powder - 1/2 tbsp
  5. Amchur powder - 1/2 tsp
  6. Lemon - 1/2 tsp
  7. Curry leaves - few
  8. Green coriander - few (Chopped)
  9. Green chili - 3
  10. Cumin seeds - 1 Pinch
  11. Carrom seeds - 1 Pinch
  12. Salt - to taste
  13. Oil - 2 tbsp
METHOD:
  1. Heat a cooking pot. Add oil, cumin seeds, carom seeds & saute.
  2. Add onion & saute.
  3. Add curry leaves & saute.
  4. Add green chilli & saute.
  5. Add tomato & saute.
  6. Add amchur powder, turmeric powder & saute.
  7. Add lady finger & saute on high flame.
  8. Add green coriander & saute. Cover & cook on low flame.
  9. Add salt to taste, lemon, green coriander. Cover & cook on low flame for 5 mins.
