PANEER MASALA GRAVY || INDIAN VEGETARIAN RECIPE ||

INGREDIENTS:
- Paneer - 200 gms (Cubes)
- Paneer - 1 Cup (Crumbled)
- Onion - 1 Big (Cut into cubes)
- Tomato - 1 Big (Blanched)
- Ginger garlic paste - 1/2 tsp
- Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
- Red chilli powder - 1/2 tsp
- Kashmiri lal mirch - 1 tsp
- Coriander powder - 2 tsp
- Cumin seeds powder - 1 tsp
- Garam masala powder
- Kasoori meethi - 1/4 tsp
- Green chilli - 1 (Chopped)
- Green coriander - 1/2 Cup
- Cumin seeds - 1/2 tsp
- Black cumin seeds - 1/2 tsp
- Bay leaf - 1
- Black pepper - Few
- Green cardamom - 2
- Cloves - 2
- Cinnamon stick - 2 (Small)
- Curd - 2 tbsp
- Sugar - 1/2 tsp
- Salt - to taste
- Butter - 1/2 Spoon
- Oil - 2 Spoon
METHOD:
- Take a mixer jar. Add onion & grind into a paste.
- Add tomato & grind to a puree.
- Heat oil & butter in a cooking pot. Add Cumin seeds, black cumin seeds, bay leaf, black pepper, green cardamom, cloves, cinnamon stick & saute.
- Add onion paste & saute.
- Add ginger-garlic paste & saute.
- Add tomato puree & saute. Add salt to taste.
- Add turmeric powder, red chilli powder, kashmiri lal mirch, coriander powder & saute.
- Add cumin powder, little water & saute.
- Add kasoori meethi & saute. Add curd & saute on a low flame. Cover & simmer.
- Add green chilli, green coriander, garam masala powder & mix.
- Add crumbled paneer & mix well.
- Add 1/2 glass of water. Cover & simmer for 4-5 mins.
- Add 1/2 glass of water.
- Add Kasoori methi, sugar & mix.
- Add Paneer cubes. Cover & cook on low flame for 6-7 mins.
- Add butter, serve after 5 mins.
- Garnish with green coriander.
- Serve hot with rice, paratha.
