PANEER MASALA GRAVY || INDIAN VEGETARIAN RECIPE ||

INGREDIENTS:
  1. Paneer - 200 gms (Cubes)
  2. Paneer - 1 Cup (Crumbled)
  3. Onion - 1 Big (Cut into cubes)
  4. Tomato - 1 Big (Blanched)
  5. Ginger garlic paste - 1/2 tsp
  6. Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
  7. Red chilli powder - 1/2 tsp
  8. Kashmiri lal mirch - 1 tsp
  9. Coriander powder - 2 tsp
  10. Cumin seeds powder - 1 tsp
  11. Garam masala powder
  12. Kasoori meethi - 1/4 tsp
  13. Green chilli - 1 (Chopped)
  14. Green coriander - 1/2 Cup
  15. Cumin seeds - 1/2 tsp
  16. Black cumin seeds - 1/2 tsp
  17. Bay leaf - 1
  18. Black pepper - Few
  19. Green cardamom - 2
  20. Cloves - 2
  21. Cinnamon stick - 2 (Small)
  22. Curd - 2 tbsp
  23. Sugar - 1/2 tsp
  24. Salt - to taste
  25. Butter - 1/2 Spoon
  26. Oil - 2 Spoon
METHOD:
  1. Take a mixer jar. Add onion & grind into a paste.
  2. Add tomato & grind to a puree.
  3. Heat oil & butter in a cooking pot. Add Cumin seeds, black cumin seeds, bay leaf, black pepper, green cardamom, cloves, cinnamon stick & saute.
  4. Add onion paste & saute.
  5. Add ginger-garlic paste & saute.
  6. Add tomato puree & saute. Add salt to taste.
  7. Add turmeric powder, red chilli powder, kashmiri lal mirch, coriander powder & saute.
  8. Add cumin powder, little water & saute.
  9. Add kasoori meethi & saute. Add curd & saute on a low flame. Cover & simmer.
  10. Add green chilli, green coriander, garam masala powder & mix.
  11. Add crumbled paneer & mix well.
  12. Add 1/2 glass of water. Cover & simmer for 4-5 mins.
  13. Add 1/2 glass of water.
  14. Add Kasoori methi, sugar & mix.
  15. Add Paneer cubes. Cover & cook on low flame for 6-7 mins.
  16. Add butter, serve after 5 mins.
  17. Garnish with green coriander.
  18. Serve hot with rice, paratha.
