HOW TO MAKE CHICKEN BIRYANI || CHICKEN BIRYANI RECIPE || QURANI WAZIFA
- PREPARATION TIME: 10-15 Mins

INGREDIENTS:
- Rice - 800 gms or 1 Kg
- Chicken - 1 Kg
- Potatoes - 4 Big (Cut into two equal halves)
- Onion - 2 Big (Sliced)
- Tomatoes - 2 Big (Sliced)
- Curd - 250 gms
- Red chilli powder - 1 1/2 tbsp
- Coriander powder - 2 tbsp
- Kashmiri lal mirch powder - 1 tbsp
- Turmeric powder - 1 tsp
- Fenugreek powder - 1 tbsp
- Ginger garlic paste - 2 tbsp
- Cumin seeds powder - 1 tsp
- Black pepper powder - 1 tsp
- Garam masala powder - 1 tsp
- Kasoori meethi - 1 tbsp
- Green chilli - 2-3
- Green coriander & mint leaves - 1 Cup
- Lemon - 2
- Cumin seeds - 1 tsp
- Shah jeera - 1 tsp
- Bay leaf - 2
- Black pepper - few
- Carom seeds - 1 Pinch
- Green & orange colour (Soaked in milk)
- Salt - to taste
- Oil - 4 Spoon
METHOD:
- Heat oil in a cooking pot. Fry potatoes & ake out.
- Add all dry spices & saute.
- Add onion & saute.
- Add tomatoes & saute.
- Add all masalas, kasoori meethi & saute.
- Add curd & saute. Add salt to taste & saute.
- Add green chilli & coriander, mint leaves & mix well.
- Add black pepper & carrom seeds. Add little water & mix well.
- Add chicken & mix well.
- Add lemon juice & saute.
- Turn the flame low, place potatoes in masala.
- Put 1/2 of the rice. Add balishta, green coriander, mint leaves evenly on rice. Add food colour.
- Layer it once again.
- Put ghee on the rice. Cover the lid with a cloth & cook on low flame for 10-15 mins.
- Serve hot with dahi kachumbar.
