RAGI MUDDE SOUTH INDIAN RECIPE || RAGI SANGTI

INGREDIENTS:
- Kolum Rice - 2 Cup
- Ragi/Millet Flour - 4 Spoons
- Salt - to taste
METHOD:
- Heat a cooking pot. Add rice, water & cook until the rice boils. Remove extra water, save for later use & cook.
- Add millet flour to rice mix continuously & cook.
- Turn off the flame. Add flour & mix continuously. Add saved water & mix well, add salt to taste.
- Mix the flour in rice with the help of a ladle. Add little hot water & mix well.
- Take a cup. Greece with oil or ghee.
- Take some amount of mixture. Take a plate & turn the cup on a plate.
- Make a small hole in the middle of Ragi mudde with the help of a spoon. Pour ghee into the hole.
- Serve hot with Moongphalli ki khatti chutney. & chicken ka salan.
