RAGI MUDDE SOUTH INDIAN RECIPE || RAGI SANGTI

INGREDIENTS:
  1. Kolum Rice - 2 Cup
  2. Ragi/Millet Flour - 4 Spoons
  3. Salt - to taste
METHOD:
  1. Heat a cooking pot. Add rice, water & cook until the rice boils. Remove extra water, save for later use & cook.
  2. Add millet flour to rice mix continuously & cook.
  3. Turn off the flame. Add flour & mix continuously. Add saved water & mix well, add salt to taste.
  4. Mix the flour in rice with the help of a ladle. Add little hot water & mix well.
  5. Take a cup. Greece with oil or ghee.
  6. Take some amount of mixture. Take a plate & turn the cup on a plate.
  7. Make a small hole in the middle of Ragi mudde with the help of a spoon. Pour ghee into the hole.
  8. Serve hot with Moongphalli ki khatti chutney. & chicken ka salan.
