TURAI KI MASALEDAR SABJI WITH SOME TIPS || SABJI RECIPES BY AYESHA'S WORLD

INGREDIENTS:
  1. Ridge Gourd - 250 gms (Cut into small pieces)
  2. Cumin Seeds - 1 tbsp
  3. Onion - 1 Small (Chopped)
  4. Tomato - 1 Small (Chopped)
  5. Ginger-Garlic Paste - 1 tsp
  6. Turmeric Powder - 1/2 tsp
  7. Red Chilli Powder - 1 tbsp
  8. Kashmiri Lal Mirch Powder - 1 tbsp
  9. Coriander Powder - 1 1/2 tbsp
  10. Garam Masala Powder - 1/4 tsp
  11. Cumin Seeds Powder - 1/2 tsp
  12. Whole Dry Red Chillies - 2
  13. Green Chillies - 2
  14. Green Coriander - Few
  15. Salt - To Taste
  16. Oil - 1 Spoon
METHOD:
  1. Heat oil in a karahi. Add cumin seeds & saute.
  2. Add whole dry red chillies & saute. Add green chilli & saute.
  3. Add onion & saute. Add ginger-garlic paste & saute.
  4. Add tomato & saute on medium-low flame, add salt & mix well. Put the lid & cook.
  5. Add all ingredients except for garam masala powder & mix well. Add a little water & saute. 
  6. Add ridge gourd & mix well. Put the lid & cook.
  7. After 2 mins, add 1/2 glass of water, place the lid & let it cook.
  8. After 5 mins, add salt, garam masala powder, little water & mix well.
  9. Add green coriander, cover & cook on low flame for another 5 mins.
  10. Serve hot with roti etc.
