INGREDIENTS:
  1. Boneless Chicken - 3 Breasts (Thinly Sliced)
  2. Onion - 1 Big (Sliced)
  3. Tomato - 1 Big (Sliced)
  4. Cashews - 10-12  (Soak it in 1/2 a cup of milk)
  5. Curd - 1/2 cup
  6. Ginger-Garlic Paste - 1 tbsp
  7. Turmeric Powder - 1/2 tsp
  8. Red Chilli Powder - 1 1/2 tbsp
  9. Coriander Powder - 3 tbsp
  10. Garam Masala Powder - 1/4 tsp
  11. Cardamom Powder - 1/4 tsp
  12. Dried Fenugreek leaves - 1 tbsp
  13. Cream - 1/2 cup
  14. Cumin Seeds - 1 tsp
  15. Salt - To Taste
  16. Oil - 2 Spoon
METHOD:
  1. Take a mixer jar, add soaked cashews with milk & grind into a fine paste.
  2. Heat oil, add cumin seeds & saute.
  3. Add onion & saute.
  4. After 1-2 mins, turn the flame to low, add ginger-garlic paste & saute.
  5. After 1 min, add tomato & saute.
  6. Add salt & saute, put the lid & cook.
  7. Add turmeric powder, red chilli powder, coriander powder & saute.
  8. Add curd & saute.
  9. After 5 mins, add chicken pieces & mix well. Put the lid & let it cook on low flame.
  10. Add cashews paste & mix well. Add a little water & mix well.
  11. Add garam masala powder, cardamom powder & mix well.
  12. Add cream & mix well.
  13. Add dried fenugreek leaves & mix well.
  14. Serve hot.
