INGREDIENTS:
  1. Leftover Bread - As Required
  2. Wheat Flour - 2 tbsp
  3. Curd - 1 tbsp
  4. Onion - 1/2 (Chopped)
  5. Green Chilli - 1 (Chopped)
  6. Tomato - 1/2 (Chopped)
  7. Capsicum - 1/2 (Chopped)
  8. Carrot - 1/2 (Grated)
  9. Green Coriander - Few (Chopped)
  10. Red Chilli Powder - 1/2 tsp
  11. Garam Masala Powder - Less than 1/4 tsp
  12. Oil - As Required
METHOD:
  1. Take a mixer jar, add bread & grind into a fine powder.
  2. Take a bowl, add bread crumbs, add wheat flour, water & mix well. Add curd & mix well. Add all the veggies & mix well. Add salt, red chilli powder & garam masala powder & mix well.
  3. Heat a pan. Put oil. Add some mixture, put the lid & let it cook.
  4. Flip to the other side & let it cook.
  5. Serve hot.
