GEHU KE ATE SE BANAYE TANDOORI ROTI | HOMEMADE TANDOORI ROTI WITHOUT TANDOOR BY AYESHA'S WORLD
- PREPARATION TIME: 15 Mins

- All-Purpose Flour - 2 cups
- Wheat Flour - 1 cup
- Dry Yeast - 1 tsp
- Sugar - 1/2 tsp
- Warm Milk - 1/2 cup
- Salt - To Taste
- Oil - 1 tbsp
- Take a bowl, add dry yeast, sugar, warm milk & mix well. Put the lid & keep it aside for 15 mins.
- Take a bowl, add all-purpose flour, wheat flour mix well. Add salt & mix well. Add oil & mix well. Add dry yeast & knead the dough. Add water & knead the dough. Put the lid & keep it aside for 30 mins.
- Knead for once. Dust some wheat flour, take some & make medium sized dough balls. Roll the ball & give shape as shown. Spread a little oil on it. Give shape as shown.
- Dust some flour on the rolling board & roll it with the rolling pin as shown.
- On the top, spread water.
- Heat an iron tawa. Put the top side down on the tawa.
- Gently press it with the index finger.
- Turn the tawa upside down & on dorect flame cook the roti.
- Take it out. Spread butter on it.
- Serve hot.
