GEHU KE ATE SE BANAYE TANDOORI ROTI | HOMEMADE TANDOORI ROTI WITHOUT TANDOOR BY AYESHA'S WORLD

INGREDIENTS:
  1. All-Purpose Flour - 2 cups
  2. Wheat Flour - 1 cup
  3. Dry Yeast - 1 tsp
  4. Sugar - 1/2 tsp
  5. Warm Milk - 1/2 cup
  6. Salt - To Taste
  7. Oil - 1 tbsp
METHOD:
  1. Take a bowl, add dry yeast, sugar, warm milk & mix well. Put the lid & keep it aside for 15 mins.
  2. Take a bowl, add all-purpose flour, wheat flour mix well. Add salt & mix well. Add oil & mix well. Add dry yeast & knead the dough. Add water & knead the dough. Put the lid & keep it aside for 30 mins.
  3. Knead for once. Dust some wheat flour, take some & make medium sized dough balls. Roll the ball & give shape as shown. Spread a little oil on it. Give shape as shown.
  4. Dust some flour on the rolling board & roll it with the rolling pin as shown.
  5. On the top, spread water.
  6. Heat an iron tawa. Put the top side down on the tawa.
  7. Gently press it with the index finger.
  8. Turn the tawa upside down & on dorect flame cook the roti.
  9. Take it out. Spread butter on it.
  10. Serve hot.
