INGREDIENTS:
  1. Bread - 5
  2. Onion - 1/2 (Chopped)
  3. Green Chillies - 3-4 (Chopped)
  4. Curry Leaves - Few
  5. Coriander Leaves - Few (Chopped)
  6. Grated Ginger - 1 tsp
  7. Roasted Peanuts - 1/2 Cup
  8. Rice Flour - 2 tbsp
  9. Curd - 1 1/2 tbsp
  10. Cumin Seeds - 1 tsp
  11. Black Pepper Powder - 1 tsp
  12. Soda Bi-carb - Less than 1/4 tsp
  13. Salt - To Taste
  14. Oil - For Frying
METHOD:
  1. Take a bowl, add bread pieces, add a little milk.
  2. Add all the ingredients (1-11) & mix well. Add a little water & mix well.
  3. Add soda bi-carb & mix well. Mix all the ingredients together, sprinkle a little water & mix well, keep it aside for 5-6 mins.
  4. After 5-6 mins, mix it for once. If needed, sprinkle a little water & mix well.
  5. Heat oil in a pan. Take some batter, give shape & make a small hole in between, turn to the other side, let it fry till it turns golden brown.
  6. Serve hot.
