INGREDIENTS:
  1. Unripe Mangoes - 2
  2. Turmeric Powder - 1/2 tsp
  3. Red Chilli Powder - 1 tbsp
  4. Kashmiri Lal Mirch Powder - 1 tbsp
  5. Cumin & Mustard Seeds- 1 tbsp
  6. Garlic Cloves - 6-7 (Chopped)
  7. Whole Red Chillies - 2-3
  8. Curry Leaves - 2 Sprigs
  9. Salt - To Taste
  10. Oil - 1 Spoon
METHOD:
  1. Grate mangoes & keep aside. Heat a pan, add oil in a pan.
  2. Add cumin seeds & mustard seeds, whole dry red chillies & saute.
  3. Add garlic cloves & saute.
  4. Add curry leaves & saute.
  5. Add all other powders & saute. On a low flame, add grated mangoes & mix well. On high flame, cook for another 2 mins, add salt & mix well.
  6. Serve hot.
