KAIRI KI CHUTNEY | SUPER TASTY & EASY SIDE DISH RECIPE | LOCKDOWN RECIPES BY AYESHA'S WORLD
- PREPARATION TIME: 6-7 Mins

- Unripe Mangoes - 2
- Turmeric Powder - 1/2 tsp
- Red Chilli Powder - 1 tbsp
- Kashmiri Lal Mirch Powder - 1 tbsp
- Cumin & Mustard Seeds- 1 tbsp
- Garlic Cloves - 6-7 (Chopped)
- Whole Red Chillies - 2-3
- Curry Leaves - 2 Sprigs
- Salt - To Taste
- Oil - 1 Spoon
- Grate mangoes & keep aside. Heat a pan, add oil in a pan.
- Add cumin seeds & mustard seeds, whole dry red chillies & saute.
- Add garlic cloves & saute.
- Add curry leaves & saute.
- Add all other powders & saute. On a low flame, add grated mangoes & mix well. On high flame, cook for another 2 mins, add salt & mix well.
- Serve hot.
