- Boiled Potatoes - 7
- All-Purpose Flour - 1 tbsp
- Corn Flour - 1 tbsp
- Onion - 1 (Chopped)
- Turmeric Powder - Less than 1/4 tsp
- Red Chilli Powder - 1/2 tsp
- Crushed Red Chilli Powder - 1/2 tsp
- Chaat Masala - 1 tsp
- Green Chillies - 5-6 (Chopped)
- Green Coriander - Few (Chopped)
- Bread Crumbs - 3 tbsp
- Egg - 1
- Salt - To Taste
- Oil - For Frying
FOR COATING:
- Egg - 2
- Bread Crumbs - As Required
- Take a bowl. Add all the ingredients (1-13) & mix well. Put the lid & keep it in the refrigerator for 30 mins.
- Take a plate, add bread crumbs.
- Take a bowl, add eggs & beat it well.
- Apply oil on both the palms, take some amount, give the shape of a donut, dip in eggs, coat with bread crumbs & keep aside. Keep it aside in the freezer for 1 hour.
- After 1 hour, heat oil in a karahi, put donut one by one in hot oil & let it fry it turns golden brown.
