INGREDIENTS:
  1. Boiled Potatoes - 7
  2. All-Purpose Flour - 1 tbsp
  3. Corn Flour - 1 tbsp
  4. Onion - 1 (Chopped)
  5. Turmeric Powder - Less than 1/4 tsp
  6. Red Chilli Powder - 1/2 tsp
  7. Crushed Red Chilli Powder - 1/2 tsp
  8. Chaat Masala - 1 tsp
  9. Green Chillies - 5-6 (Chopped)
  10. Green Coriander - Few (Chopped)
  11. Bread Crumbs - 3 tbsp
  12. Egg - 1
  13. Salt - To Taste
  14. Oil - For Frying
FOR COATING:
  1. Egg - 2
  2. Bread Crumbs - As Required
METHOD:
  1. Take a bowl. Add all the ingredients (1-13) & mix well. Put the lid & keep it in the refrigerator for 30 mins.
  2. Take a plate, add bread crumbs.
  3. Take a bowl, add eggs & beat it well.
  4. Apply oil on both the palms, take some amount, give the shape of a donut, dip in eggs, coat with bread crumbs & keep aside. Keep it aside in the freezer for 1 hour.
  5. After 1 hour, heat oil in a karahi, put donut one by one in hot oil & let it fry it turns golden brown.
