INGREDIENTS:
  1. Chana Dal - 1 Cup
  2. Urad Dal - 1 Cup
  3. Green Chillies - 8-10
  4. Whole Dry Red Chillies - 5
  5. Onion - 1 Big (Sliced)
  6. Ginger Garlic Paste - 1 tsp
  7. Curry Leaves - Few
  8. Green Chillies - 3-4 (Chopped)
  9. Green Coriander - Few (Chopped)
  10. Cumin Seeds - 1 tsp
  11. Black Pepper Powder - 1 tsp
  12. Salt - To Taste
  13. Oil - For Frying
METHOD:
  1. Take a bowl, soak both of them in water for 4-5 hrs. Replace water 2 times.
  2. Place a strainer on the bowl, strain water & keep aside.
  3. Take a mixer jar, put dal, a little water, green chillies, whole dry red chillies & coarsely grind it.
  4. Take it out in a vessel. Put the lid & keep aside for 1-2 hrs.
  5. Mix the batter for once, add all ingredients (5-12) & mix well.
  6. Heat oil in a pan. Take some mixture & put it in hot oil & let it fry till it turns golden brown.
  7. Serve hot.
