- Chana Dal - 1 Cup
- Urad Dal - 1 Cup
- Green Chillies - 8-10
- Whole Dry Red Chillies - 5
- Onion - 1 Big (Sliced)
- Ginger Garlic Paste - 1 tsp
- Curry Leaves - Few
- Green Chillies - 3-4 (Chopped)
- Green Coriander - Few (Chopped)
- Cumin Seeds - 1 tsp
- Black Pepper Powder - 1 tsp
- Salt - To Taste
- Oil - For Frying
- Take a bowl, soak both of them in water for 4-5 hrs. Replace water 2 times.
- Place a strainer on the bowl, strain water & keep aside.
- Take a mixer jar, put dal, a little water, green chillies, whole dry red chillies & coarsely grind it.
- Take it out in a vessel. Put the lid & keep aside for 1-2 hrs.
- Mix the batter for once, add all ingredients (5-12) & mix well.
- Heat oil in a pan. Take some mixture & put it in hot oil & let it fry till it turns golden brown.
- Serve hot.
