HARI PYAZ KA SAMOSA | 5 MIN RECIPE | SPRING ONION SAMOSA | SAMOSA FOR IFTAR BY AYESHA'S WORLD

- Samosa Sheet/Patti - As Required
- Spring Onions - 1 Bunch (Finely Chopped)
- Boiled White Watana - 1/2 Cup
- Turmeric Powder - 1/2 tsp
- Sabji Masala Powder - 1 tbsp
- Garlic Cloves - 10-12
- Green Chillies - 4-5 (Finely Chopped)
- Green Coriander - Few (Chopped)
- Cumin Seeds - 1 tsp
- Fennel Seeds - 1 tsp
- All - Purpose Flour - 1 tbsp
- Salt - To Taste
- Oil - 1 tbsp
- Oil - For Frying
- Heat oil in a karahi, add cumin seeds & saute.
- Add fennel seeds & saute.
- Add garlic cloves & saute.
- Add green chillies & saute.
- After 1-2 mins, add white watana & mix well.
- Add salt to taste & mix well.
- Add turmeric powder & mix well.
- After 1 min, add onion from spring onion & mix well.
- Add spring onion leaves & mix well.
- Add sabji masala powder & mix well. Cook on high flame.
- After 2-3 mins, put the lid & cook on low flame.
- Add green coriander & mix well.
- Once cooked, place the lid have covered.
- Take a small bowl, add all-purpose flour & mix well with water.
- Place a samosa patti, give shape, add cooked sabji & seal it.
- Heat oil for frying in a karahi.
- Put samosas one by one in hot oil & let it cool it turns golden brown.
- Serve hot.
