HARI PYAZ KA SAMOSA | 5 MIN RECIPE | SPRING ONION SAMOSA | SAMOSA FOR IFTAR BY AYESHA'S WORLD

INGREDIENTS:
  1. Samosa Sheet/Patti - As Required
  2. Spring Onions - 1 Bunch (Finely Chopped)
  3. Boiled White Watana - 1/2 Cup
  4. Turmeric Powder - 1/2 tsp
  5. Sabji Masala Powder - 1 tbsp
  6. Garlic Cloves - 10-12
  7. Green Chillies - 4-5 (Finely Chopped)
  8. Green Coriander - Few (Chopped)
  9. Cumin Seeds - 1 tsp
  10. Fennel Seeds - 1 tsp
  11. All - Purpose Flour - 1 tbsp
  12. Salt - To Taste
  13. Oil - 1 tbsp
  14. Oil - For Frying
METHOD:
  1. Heat oil in a karahi, add cumin seeds & saute.
  2. Add fennel seeds & saute.
  3. Add garlic cloves & saute.
  4. Add green chillies & saute.
  5. After 1-2 mins, add white watana & mix well.
  6. Add salt to taste & mix well.
  7. Add turmeric powder & mix well.
  8. After 1 min, add onion from spring onion & mix well.
  9. Add spring onion leaves & mix well.
  10. Add sabji masala powder & mix well. Cook on high flame.
  11. After 2-3 mins, put the lid & cook on low flame.
  12. Add green coriander & mix well.
  13. Once cooked, place the lid have covered.
  14. Take a small bowl, add all-purpose flour & mix well with water.
  15. Place a samosa patti, give shape, add cooked sabji & seal it.
  16. Heat oil for frying in a karahi.
  17. Put samosas one by one in hot oil & let it cool it turns golden brown.
  18. Serve hot.
