INGREDIENTS:
  1. Potatoes - 2 Big (Thinly Sliced)
  2. All-Purpose Flour - 5 tbsp
  3. Rice Flour - 2 tbsp
  4. Chaat Masala - 1 tsp
  5. Ginger Garlic Paste - 1/2 tsp
  6. Chilli Flakes - 1 tsp
  7. Turmeric Powder - 1/2 tsp
  8. Red Chilli Powder - 1/2 tsp
  9. Baking Soda - 1/4 tsp
  10. Salt - To Taste
  11. Oil - For Frying
METHOD:
  1. Take a bowl of water, add little salt, potatoes & keep aside.
  2. Take a bowl, add all the ingredients & mix well with water.
  3. Strain water from potatoes & keep aside.
  4. Dip potatoes one by one in batter & coat it.
  5. Heat oil in a karahi. Put coated potatoes one by one & let it fry till it turns golden in colour & crispy.
  6. Serve hot.
