INGREDIENTS:
  1. Cabbage - 1/2 (Thinly Sliced)
  2. Onion - 1 (Thinly Sliced)
  3. Green Chillies - 3
  4. Turmeric Powder - 1 Pinch
  5. Red Chilli Powder - 1/2 tsp
  6. Kashmiri Lal Mirch Powder - 1/2 tsp
  7. Ginger-Garlic Paste - 1/2 tsp
  8. Coriander Seeds - 1 tsp (Crushed)
  9. Salt - To Taste
  10. Green Coriander - Few
  11. Gram Flour - 1/2 Cup
  12. Rice flour - 1 tbsp
  13. Curry Leaves - Few
  14. Oil - For Frying
METHOD:
  1. Take a bowl, add all the ingredients (1-13) & mix well by adding a little water.
  2. Heat oil for frying in a karahi. Take some amount of batter & put it in hot oil & let it fry until done inside out.
  3. Serve hot.
