SURMAI FISH FRY || SUPER TASTY FISH FRY


  • PREPARATION TIME: 05 Mins
  • COOKING TIME: 15-20 Mins
  • SERVINGS: 3-4
INGREDIENTS:
  1. Surmai - 7-8 pieces
  2. Garlic cloves - 6-7 (With skin & crushed)
  3. Red chilli powder - 1 tbsp
  4. Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp
  5. Cumin seeds powder - 1/2 tsp
  6. Carom seeds - 1 pinch
  7. Lemon - 1/2
  8. Rice flour - 1 tbsp
  9. Salt - to taste
  10. Oil - For Frying
METHOD:
  1. Spread Vinegar on fish pieces & keep aside for 10-15 mins.
  2. Mix all dry masalas on a plate. Add lemon juice, water 1 tbsp & mix well.
  3. Spread prepared masala on fish pieces & keep aside to marinate.
  4. Heat oil in a pan. Add carrom seeds.
  5. Coat fish with rice flour.
  6. Put fish one by one in hot oil & fry until done inside out on low flame.
  7. Serve hot with Dal & rice, etc.
