SURMAI FISH FRY || SUPER TASTY FISH FRY

INGREDIENTS:
- Surmai - 7-8 pieces
- Garlic cloves - 6-7 (With skin & crushed)
- Red chilli powder - 1 tbsp
- Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp
- Cumin seeds powder - 1/2 tsp
- Carom seeds - 1 pinch
- Lemon - 1/2
- Rice flour - 1 tbsp
- Salt - to taste
- Oil - For Frying
METHOD:
- Spread Vinegar on fish pieces & keep aside for 10-15 mins.
- Mix all dry masalas on a plate. Add lemon juice, water 1 tbsp & mix well.
- Spread prepared masala on fish pieces & keep aside to marinate.
- Heat oil in a pan. Add carrom seeds.
- Coat fish with rice flour.
- Put fish one by one in hot oil & fry until done inside out on low flame.
- Serve hot with Dal & rice, etc.
