1. JALAPENO DIP SANDWICH
INGREDIENTS:
- Bread - as required
- Onion - 1 Small (Sliced)
- Tomato - 1 Small (Sliced)
- Cabbage - as required (Finely chopped)
- Capsicum - 1 small (Sliced)
- Cheese - as required
- Black pepper - For Sprinkling
- Salt - to taste
- Butter - For sauteing
METHOD:
- Take a pan. Add butter, veggies, salt, black pepper & saute.
- Take a bread slice. Spread cheese, jalapeno dip, tomato ketchup.
- Put sauteed veggies, put another slice of bread.
- Serve with tomato ketchup, green chutney.
2. EGG SANDWICH

- Onion - as required (Sliced)
- Tomato - as required (Sliced)
- Carrot - as required (Sliced)
- Cucumber - as required (Sliced)
- Boiled Egg - as required (Sliced)
- Pudiney ki chutney - as required
- Tomato ketchup - as required
- Black pepper powder - as required
METHOD:
- Take a plate. Spread Pudiney ki chutney on a slice of the bread. Spread Tomato ketchup on the other slice of bread.
- Place veggies, egg, sprinkle black pepper powder, put another slice of bread.
- Serve with tomato ketchup & pudiney ki chutney.

- Peri-Peri sauce - as required
- Chaat masala powder - as required
- Black pepper powder - as required
- Butter - as required
METHOD:
- Take a plate. Spread butter on a slice of bread.
- Spread peri-peri sauce on bread. Place veggies on bread.
- Sprinkle veggies on bread, sprinkle some chaat masala powder & black pepper powder.
