1. JALAPENO DIP SANDWICH

INGREDIENTS:
  1. Bread - as required
  2. Onion - 1 Small (Sliced)
  3. Tomato - 1 Small (Sliced)
  4. Cabbage - as required (Finely chopped)
  5. Capsicum - 1 small (Sliced)
  6. Cheese - as required
  7. Black pepper - For Sprinkling
  8. Salt - to taste
  9. Butter - For sauteing
    METHOD:
    1. Take a pan. Add butter, veggies, salt, black pepper & saute.
    2. Take a bread slice. Spread cheese, jalapeno dip, tomato ketchup.
    3. Put sauteed veggies, put another slice of bread.
    4. Serve with tomato ketchup, green chutney.
    2. EGG SANDWICH

    INGREDIENTS:
    1. Bread - as required
    2. Onion - as required (Sliced)
    3. Tomato - as required (Sliced)
    4. Carrot - as required (Sliced)
    5. Cucumber - as required (Sliced)
    6. Boiled Egg - as required (Sliced)
    7. Pudiney ki chutney - as required 
    8. Tomato ketchup - as required
    9. Black pepper powder - as required
    METHOD:
    1. Take a plate. Spread Pudiney ki chutney on a slice of the bread. Spread Tomato ketchup on the other slice of bread.
    2. Place veggies, egg, sprinkle black pepper powder, put another slice of bread.
    3. Serve with tomato ketchup & pudiney ki chutney. 
    3. TRICOLOR SANDWICH

    INGREDIENTS:
    1. Bread - as required
    2. Mayonnaise - as required
    3. Tomato Ketchup - as required
    4. Green chutney - as required
    METHOD:
    1. Take a slice of bread, spread mayonnaise.
    2. Take another slice of bread, spread tomato ketchup.
    3. Take another slice of bread, spread green chutney.
    4. PERI PERI CHEESE SANDWICH

    INGREDIENTS:
    1. Bread - as required
    2. Beetroot - as required (Grated)
    3. Boiled potato - as required (Sliced)
    4. Carrot - as required (Grated)
    5. Cucumber - as required (Sliced)
    6. Tomato - as required (Sliced)
    7. Onion - as required (Sliced)
    8. Peri-Peri sauce - as required
    9. Chaat masala powder - as required
    10. Black pepper powder - as required
    11. Butter - as required
    METHOD:
    1. Take a plate. Spread butter on a slice of bread.
    2. Spread peri-peri sauce on bread. Place veggies on bread.
    3. Sprinkle veggies on bread, sprinkle some chaat masala powder & black pepper powder.
